I'd like to build my old bike. Does anyone have any idea how to track down old LOP Hardware. ? I don't suppose anyone one has Larenntz offner (SP) address and he has a warehouse full of old stuff? LOL.. didn't think so.

I'd kill for a banana swingarm to start.

yzvet - that LOP stuff was kinda rare back in 1980...the riders (Marty Moates, etc) or Mechanics for LOP might be your only source, they might have some spares lying around. Good Luck!

YEAH thats what I figured. Somewhere out there some guy has my old bike a full blown LOP Rm 125 and i bet he has no idea what he has sitting there.

the turbo cranks were from the old RPM company ( Gary Chaplin) ,if I remember correctly.

Parts prices were high in 1980 it took almost a week's wages to pay for my Bell moto-3 it was over $ 100+plus tax! even tire prices then are almost the same as now.

Emailed the dude selling it and he responded that someone bought it.
I figured it was you.

I just bought a 125X and Z off ebay. Picked it them up yesterday.
The X needs a frame and suspension(Which I have)
The Z runs and when I took it for a ride last night in the field.
I was totally amazed how strong that thing is!

I never ride my restorations so riding an old bike was new to me.
