Blue is a tough color to get right but they nailed it on those. They look really good.

I've got a set of those if anyone is interested in having a set of blue forks without the distraction of them working well.

Anything special with the shock body? I was under the impression that since its rough cast, anodizing with colors is hard to achieve. The shiny CNC fork tubes anodize colors easily from what I understand but the shock is harder. Like wheel hubs.

Looks good! I have a 1990 YZ250 with the original red uppers. A little faded, I plan on having them redone in red.

This is a customer of mines bike, Ive worked with a local anodizer here for a couple years getting the process down as good as we can. With suspension parts there is always risks of hitting defects in the material but if its prepped right it helps with the outcome.

Yep. Maybe black but white will take a ton of upkeep to stay nice looking and not sure I like the look. I guess we should wait to see it all together.

I'm doing white frame, swingarm, subframe on my YZ250. I had never seen it done before today, damn you. The triple clamps are a bit much though.

Anodizing cast isnt anything special, it just finishes like the pics, matte. You can wet sand, buff and polish and get the color closer to a machined and polished surface, exact match is hard to achieve being dissimilar materials.

I love the blue, looks fantastic!! If i didnt have a 16 in yellow and black, i would be doing this. Instead im anodizing them bronze along with the stock hubs. After a nice polish job to match the fork tubes.
