So we designed and made a small batch of Lowered footpeg bracket's. These lower the pegs 15mm. These were previously Factory Yamaha only so we did the...

This is a customer of mines bike, Ive worked with a local anodizer here for a couple years getting the process down as good as we can. With suspension parts there is always risks of hitting defects in the material but if its prepped right it helps with the outcome.

I own and run a Race Tech Center out of MN. Your problem is you only changed springs along with a rebuild. Your feeling exactly what you should for the most part. Keep in mind springs are position sensitive and valving is velocity sensitive. Breaking bumps, whoops, jump landings, and flat landings are all going to greatly effected by valving...

Really good so far. Made the mistake of changing the gearing to 14/51 since I really liked that on my 2010 YZ450. But this bike does not work with a 14 tooth front sprocket lol. So I'm back to a 13T front sprocket this weekend. Bike pulls really good but the gearing dogged it down too much for my liking.

I forgot to mention I was assuming that motomike894 had a CRF450 with the KYB forks. Those only have 1 air chamber so it drastically effects the seal drag. If it was a 250 then yes seal drag would be close to no issue on the SFF air spring.

Im a Race Tech Center in MN and before I was doing it as a job I had tired a lot of suspension companies. Race Tech makes a very solid product and I love the performance! Best stuff I have ever ridden to date. As for the valves I'm guess your taking about the Type 1 Gold Valve vs G2-R...
