Stew was.getting ready to make a move on Anderson when he was hit. Not saying he was gonna do it but he needs to get out front and away from the chaos. Then get a good 20 laps in and if he drops 3 or 4 spots during the race, it's ok. He just needs to complete a race. It will help him mentally so much. Go Stew because it's much better when he's in the race.
I'm not talking about his medical issues and don't to get into it but health comes first and him and docs will make the call.

I like Stew but man these fanboys are just unbelievable...I was hoping for a healthy consistent season without any drama for him ( But I didn't see him as a contender for the championship)....oh well...I hope he can come back and be in the mix but to be honest I don't have a lot of confidence in that.

I will say these insane fanboys really make it hard to be a fan....

He messed up a section that's how Anderson got past, he was going for the repass which I'm sure would've happened..I had a pretty good seat and it happened right in front of me...

What we do know is that Anderson had already passed Stewart 3 times in the early laps. Stew was 2nd out of the first rhythm section, Anderson tripled by in the next rhythm, then Stew pulled to the inside of Anderson into the second whoop section but Anderson pulled him big time in the whoops opening a gap. Then Barcia messed up the dragon back and pushed Anderson wide letting Stewart sneak back into second and finally Anderson tripled by Stew again in the rhythm section just before Dungey hit him.

If you ask me without the restart Anderson and Dungey would have dropped Stewart and Barcia and settled the race between themselves. Who knows who would have won but they both proved to be the class of the field in the restarted main.

He's still "in this" apparently

Pretty sure the 2014 A1 crash was pretty hard and although concussed he did not appear to be unconscious. I'd retract your statement. Every crash is different and different spots on your head/body can result in different injuries.

I agree with this. None of we Vitalheads actually know the extent of the concussion. If it was full lights out, He is going to need to take a few weeks off to get his bearings back. He may feel fine doing normal everyday things but that all changes when you get into the tight confines of a SX track. I have been knocked out multiple times and on occasion(especially flat tracking) when getting back to 100 mph plus the track looks a bit wavy. Does anyone even know if he has ridden this week?

Dungey's move wasn't a matter of classiness. . . it was a matter of judgement and probability. He took a line that was slightly riskier in the hopes of making a racing move, and it didn't work. It happens in racing. . . in every corner. That's why this is a racing incident and not an intentional take out. . . And yes, Dungey has more class than to flat out take someone out.

I want to see Stewart on the track for a full season, but there are so many guys fighting for a little real estate, contact will be made. Results may vary.

I took that I post more as he's coming back and isn't out for the season not he's in for San Diego. As a fan I personally don't want someone on a motorcycle 6 days after getting knocked out cold for probably what the 10th time in his career ?

That's right ! BUT,now if 7 makes an aggressive pass on 5 and 5 goes down it's okay.Back to even.lol What goes around comes around. And you know that's in the back of 7's mind if he does get in that position. GO 7 !!!

Racer X reported yesterday he was meeting with a Dr today to be checked out. Who know what time his appointment is but I would expect a statement by the end of the day.
