Weston's mistake was stopping,I'd beat on his head till the mule woulda had to come load him,same penalty so get it all.

Looked like he may have peeled a thumbnail back on the helmet trim the way he was looking at the glove.

Did anyone else see Friese cross jump in the heat race? I believe it was Dungey or Wilson he damn near took out. Very blatant too. If I am an official handing out penalty's I would tend to take into consideration VF's history of riding like a douche. Give Weston a $10,000 fine and put him and Vince on probation and move on. Hopefully WP didn't hurt his hands too bad.
VF should really consider arenacross if he likes riding like that. It would be entertaining to see him and Hayes go at it.

Not agreeing with how Peick handled things, but, you really can't blame him too much. With all the history with Frieze, years of it, this event is understandable and I hope history is taken into consideration when they consider punishment.

If anything, this event was clearly precipitated by past failure of the AMA in dealing with Frieze. Frieze and his dirty riding has occurred repeatedly in the past and was never handled by the AMA. Though it did generate many memorable threads hear on Vital. Perhaps the AMA should look in the mirror as they contemplate whatever punishment they hand down to Peick.

I for one would have done the same thing....you work your ass off to compete in the opener and you get driven into dirt not once but twice by an out of control moron who should be punted off the track for all the stupid shit he pulls. Not to mention crossing over on Dean Wilson in his first heat race and crashing Dean out as well.

There's a reason people call it getting Freezed! Ama needs to get this right. VF55 needs to be put into check before he hurts someone, the guy has no rider etiquette.

Unfortunately many of the officials don't see what's going on, but you watch tape on a rider and you can clearly see that certain riders have no common sense when it comes to racing. I disliked Barcia for a long time before he turned things around and since has made leaps in becoming a rider you can trust on the track. RIDER ETIQUETTE is one of the most important factors in racing. VF55 has NON!

That's one of many incidences. I personally saw Vince threaten someone I know that he would " Cave his face in "....when the guy asked Vince what happened between him and Weston on the track ,after what we saw at PIR a couple years. The guy I know just strait up told Vince right to his face that it wasn't only a dirty move , but an extremely dangerous one , but said it in a calm tone and just wanted his opinion.....Vince flipped out ( all 125lbs of him ) and threw out threats. MANY riders in the pits can't stand the guy! That is a fact!

Anyone remember when Kdub got freezed a few years ago and in return cleaned him out good a few turns later? My guess is everyone on the track is gonna start letting Vince have a taste of his own medicine.
