This guy sells all kinds of stuff all the time on cl. He had a clean magazine bike ahm rmz450 for cheap last year. One of his picks of his garage, had 5 sets of A kit forks and a few shocks. Also a wall of sprockets

I have seen the parts vs cash arrangement many times over the years, but those guys were racing. Did I miss where Davie endorsed these products in races? Is this gentleman is a money guy that gets first dibbs on leftover parts bought in bulk to flip?

As far as someone calling him out? Not going to happen, and it shouldnt have happened to Christophe either. The only reason certain folks called out CP377 was because he's an odd ball that marches to a different beat. He doesn't like Matthes and over the years Steve has done his fair share of criticizing 377.

the way it is supposed to work is an aftermarket manufacture supply's or loans to be more accurate parts to a team.
At the conclusion of the season bikes are sold off.
As a courtesy the manufacture will help the team with product to install on the bikes before sale.
Before bikes are sold the manufacture is contacted and will generally say sell the parts with the bike or if parts are different from production or they are so race worn they need to be replaced the manufacture may replace them with off the rack parts.
Selling borrowed product is generally frowned upon.

It's legit - I got a response from the seller. Not quite the deal that I was hoping for. His prices are just a click below retail (ie: plastics kit retails for $135 and he's selling for $120). Not saying he's wrong for pricing it that way, just not exactly what I was expecting.

No tunedlength I was not. I see that it could've been interpreted that way, but I was referring to media guys. Strictly a comparison on Davie's relationship vs CP377 with media.

IMO selling some gear is different than selling a trailer full of hard parts. I was just asking questions and got a little side tracked when someone asked where's the uproar.
