has this to say about the future of Moto XXX (from a couple days ago on motochat.com)
"Hey, can someone who has an account on Motonews please post this note over there. Im pissed off that some bullshit little piece of news got wrote up by Steve who use to WORK for us. Its a joke.
Hi this is Jordan from Moto XXX and i just want to say that paragraph that was written about our team on Racerhead, should never have been posted. We have some things going on that may or may not work out but, that was pretty much BS how it was said in there and it got me pissed off. I'll say no more right now other then, please disregard what was said on racerhead today. We will make a proper press release/news piece about what is or isnt happening in 2009 when WE...yes WE THE PEOPLE THAT STARTED THE F'ing COMPANY/TEAM...feel like doing so.

I tried to find the bit in racerhead about it, but they've obviously edited it out already.
But XXX is super awesome just because, I sincerely hope Hooters drops Daly or whoever that golf dude is and gives JB some extra wings

I was disappointed with their representation last year (Hooters) - the XXX brand was (seemingly) swept under the carpet, which I believe is what Burns is referring to.
Hopefully they'll be back to their typical great presence for '09. Good luck to them.

Steve, yes we did speak..this is true but, once again im gonna stand behind what im saying and its not your company is it? You worked for us, we gave you a job. I understand that your a journalist now so, you want to report on the things you think people want to hear but, i'll go ahead and feel free to speak on the behalf on my company. The main thing that has got me pissed off once again is, whatever the case may be with what you or anyone else thinks is going on with our team, our company's been around for the past 16 years and its pretty insulting to think that were just gonna go out in a small little paragraph on a MX website which basically claimed Moto XXX "as we know it" to be dead? 1997-2008..wrong. Understand? No one from our company made any official news and im taking a stand on it. Did i work with the day to day running of things with Moto XXX? Nope, i deal with my band. Is it anyones business? Nope, it sure the F isnt. In 16 years, i've never felt compelled to get on a message board to make comments but, i guess it came time. Its fine for you to take your stand on what you think of course. Same for anyone else on here but, like i said...its 16 years that Moto XXX has been around are were not done. Also, for you to just shoot down Daniel Blair isnt so cool but, thats life, you got people that shoot ya down, and people that are pumped for you and i can only hope he proves you or any other doubters wrong. Are we gonna win? Nope, but only the top big money guys even have a chance. We are the little guy but, we know how to make waves. Were pumped to be helping out Daniel Blair this year as we are both true privateers. I'll say no more at the moment except that i love Moto XXX and what we've done and accomplished. No one can ever take that away...ever.
