whats this mean for Reedy? no ride? 8 or 9 weeks out of A1.. surely going to sort a ride soon? Goose goin back with him for a yr or 2??

It means wherever he is going has a mech job for him and Lars needed something full time and probably longer term–he's got a Wife and two kids...

OR

in the other Reed thread there's a link to Lars' instagram and he says "good luck in 2016" so that maybe means he knows something

Good on Lars, a steady job.

As for Reed, why is he riding at the Florida Flats outdoor track, why is he frigging with the two stroke, shouldn't he be 100% concentrating on SX for 16?

Where is his 360 decals on his gear/ bike?

Doesn't say anything, Goose was already Chad's race mechanic last years. What I did find strange was that Lars got married a few weeks ago, but never saw Reed there on any of the pictures. Surely they've build up a good enough friendship over the years?

Goose has retired. I'm pretty sure Reed said on one of the Pulp shows or DMXS that he was hopefully bringing Lars with him–and Lars and Matthes were definitely talking about it, because Matthes was talking about the "magic" corner... his old Yamaha bench.

Sounds like RCH for Reed supercross only or Honda with 3rd riders.. Riding 2-stroke at
outdoor track seems he is given up with Yamaha and new deal/bike not ready for him.

Just to throw out a theory... Chad go to JGR, Lars doesn't want to move to N.C... But if that is true, why isnt Chad testing for SX yet?

I asked Matthes on twitter and he said Chad will need to find a new mechanic and that he's most likely trying to get on a current team. I'd say JGR and RCH are the only options as I'm sure Honda and Kawi wouldn't want him with their history.

Lars is very fortunate to have Honda take him back. As is Kelly Lumgair to have KTM take him back. I don't think you can count on this sort of thing happening. That's why if I'm a mechanic and a direct factory employee, I'm not following a rider to a private team to work as a contract employee. But what do I know?

Now you went and dunnit. Reed has said as late as after he shut down Team Two Two, that he has good relationships with all of the manufacturers.

His father has been with Honda for centuries, I think he always had a job to go back to if he wanted.
