Maybe a little dangerous... sure. But this IS Motocross...rite.. Its pretty much all dangerous, and I've actually been hurt worse in low speed crashes as aposed to high speed crashes.. And I know a lot of guys who will say the same thing.. Seems like its the slower speed goon stuff that gets you hurt worse than the pinned in 4th wipeouts.
Slow to catch the sarcasm in his post it seems.

When I saw the start I initially thought, "Alright what the heck are they thinking now?" "Next year they will have shark pools to jump."..

But after I thought about it I think it is a great idea. Yes there will be some fast speeds. Yes it is dangerous. Yes this is dirtbike racing. But this will be a huge plus for fans. One of the complaints the past few years was that we could not see the start. So now you are gonna see the start. Really see it! Another has been the lack of creativity when making tracks. Remember parastyles? Remember Pontiac? Well, now they are getting the bikes back up into the stands.

I say it is a plus.
