He will do well at some point this season because he's a good starter. No arguing that. He's not top 10 material for the points chase. He will drop off the map before half way through the season.

i see 4 (Dungey, Roczen, Tomac, Canard) maybe 5 (Reed) guys on that list that are flat out faster than Pourcel. that's it.

i see a lot of fastest quali times, a lot of holeshots, and a lot of top 5 finishes this year from him if he stays healthy. it would be bitchin' to see him win or podium.

I hope Regal gets back on the SX and MX circuits ASAP with a good team like the husky team. That said Pourcel qualified fastest at 9/12 rounds last year and at the last round he was around 3 seconds faster than all other 250s and even faster than all 450s. Pretty amazing

seriously- would anyone bet against him at dilla?! he owns everyone there!!! the 450 husky (ktm) is a great bike! dungey and nagl have proven that. If pourcel is 100% comfortable on that bike (no reason why he can't be) then he WILL be up front!

Hope it happens ..... so someone with such big potential can maybe make this more interesting.....yes some innapropiate decisions at a wrong age were taken...he knows it and is carving back.... 2010 was a marker .... and I think he can do it again.
