Ken will ride over his head again trying to show everyone he is the fastest, easily handing the red plate to someone else. I would like to see 1,4or 5 do good this year ,I like to keep my options open for who I root for.

When did Ken ride over his head. He made 2 big mistakes in SX that cost him, but they didn't come from riding over his head. Last season in the outdoors he was extremely level headed and calm all season to take the win
I just wanted to try that trolling thing that people do on a favorite rider nut hugger thread.

Dungey has been fantastic since snagging Aldon Baker. I don't think he wins round 1, but after round 3 he will have a 7 to 10 point lead in the championship and maintain a comfortable lead for the rest of the year. He's the only guy that I think will podium every single race and that will get him the championship

You're forgetting Southwick 2011.

He will have the red plate at round 1.

you win this thread thus far.

I have been impressed with Eli, but I had that nagging little thought in the back of my mind...all it takes is one BIG mistake to change the landscape tremendously. And I'll be damned, it happened in moto 6.

Dungey has really impressed me - he's VERY smart. He rides at his limit 99% of the time, pushes it occasionally (1%) and takes every single advantage his competition gives him.

He epitomizes the saying "a man does not win a championship, his competition loses it for him".

Dungey's 95% pace is everyone else's 105% pace. Just seems like he knows how far the limit can be safely pushed.

Roczen's fastest lap in the 2nd 450 moto was almost a second faster then Dungey's... I guess Dungey just waits till guys crash...

Yeah total failure. People can say anything. Bottom line is the racing has lost its luster both in SX and now MX.

I guess you forgot Dungey closed the gap in moto one and passed Roczen for second and was closing the gap in the second moto, before Roczen crashed. Roczen needs more than one fast lap to win.

Closing the gap on who in moto 1? Tomac was cruising to the finish after opening up an 18 second lead.

Now we should ask at what round will Dungey clinch the title. I'm going with round 10

Laughing I was in a rush to finish something at work. Serves me right.

Once Roczen gets back into the swing of things, I see the series shaping up much like last year unless Tomac returns healthy. Dungey still might have to turn up that wick.
