Questions To Ask At A1 Press Conference

Having been to a few pre-season press conferences and hearing the standard questions being asked, "how do feel", "who will be your toughest competitor", "how is the new team" etc etc. I thought it would be interesting to see what some of us super fans would like asked. Who knows maybe it will get asked.

I would like to know, if a rider feels a responsibility to bring in new non-moto fans to the sport and if so what have they done in the past and what are the plans for the 2015 season?

How has a riders bike set up and riding style changed over the past couple years? Has this been a result of bike design, riding coach/team manager, injury, personal observation?

How many bicycle tires did they wear out in the off season? I was at the Gibbs shop recently and there were more bicycles there than motorcycles.

The Joker lanes have nothing to do with safety. They're purely for entertainment (and in my opinion, to make it harder to win the million).

So far I've seen a lot of questions that I wouldn't ask at a pre-season press conference.

It is a good question though , was the surprising thing when i rode AMA , that there were loads and loads of 'add-ons' .. teams must spend a fortune ... its not limited to AMA though , GP's are as bad , if not worse now, and to cap it , it's all cash only... anyway , moving on.

I think that as A1 has always thrown up some random winners , and more importantly some very noticeable no scores/ low scores over the years , hypothetically , how many of the top ten riders would take a 5th place finish now instead of riding the race?
