Anyone who follows Ryno on social media or looks at his website knows he is a fanatic about eating healthy, organic and all natural products and that transferred right into his supplements. If you do a little research you'll see the stuff is made with really high quality ingredient's. I've actually seen alot of top racer's drinking this stuff inbetween moto's at the nationals. That's what is cool about the Ryno power stuff it was developed by a motocrosser for motocross. It's not built by some muscle head who just wants to look like Arnold. Plus I have a really sensitive stomach and the ryno power stuff is the only stuff that doesn't upset it. I tried the muscle milk in the past and in comparison to the Ryno power the taste just isn't there the ryno power stuff is smoother and taste's better.
I say try out the ryno power and if you like it stick with it. Plus their customer service is top notch and very helpful. I've done alot of research both on my own and even had a few of the local trainer's here help me out and we all came to the same conclusion that the ryno power protein is very high quality and beneficial.
I do believe that milk and dairy are ok for some, but I've always had issues with it and try to keep it at a minimum for my own personal needs. I do believe there is a good argument against milk; we are the only species that drinks another mammal's milk. That is weird to me. I switched to Almond Milk a while ago, but I'll be honest, I don't notice a huge difference in digestion, etc. I had major issues with milk as a kid.
The "expensive pee" thing is ridiculous. I do believe that whey is NOT necessary - whole foods are (typically) always better or a great path to stay on.
There are countless arguments and "tests" regarding whey, dairy and whatever other nutritional topics you want to compare. But in my opinion, do what you want. It is about as productive as debating religion.
On topic - I like Cytosport's 100% Complete Whey. I keep it in moderation - maybe 1 a day after the gym. A buddy of mine sells Rynopower, so I'm now trying that because he swears it is the cleanest formula you can get.
Focus on clean food - that is easy. Go ahead and add whey if you want. I keep it to a good multi-vitamin, whey, beta-alanine (endurance) and creatine.

The article about the 3 year old that recently died is of particular interest
I eat a lot of other real foods, but the above is the staple.
I'm very into fitness, and nutrition. A protein drink is a supplement. Meaning you use it in addition to a solid diet. Its not the answer to being super fit.
Ive been using the RTN Bionic Edge whey after workouts, it has natural ingredients and is quick dissolving.
Milk was bad last week. This week almond milk raises estrogen levels and you should now drink hemp milk...give me a break.
The best thing I ever did was get a nutritionist and I've learned you just can't substitute for real food. Every meat head at the gym has everyone sold on drinking pro Weightlifter amounts of protein, but the average "athlete" like myself does not need that. People need to start eating again and eating healthy.
- Eat organic
- Balance acidic foods (muscle, seeds, and nuts) with alkalinic foods (green leaf veggies)
- Add SuperFoods to diet (ORGANIC Raw spirulina, maca, cocoa, hemp seed, chia seed, chorella etc)
- Muscle to be free range and grass fed (wild caught is better)
- Eat or drink raw veggies. Live enzymes are essential to goo health
- Protein shakes are a supplement to healthy living
- Real Foods ARE NOT processed foods

If your training is intense enough, there is nothing wrong with supplements. If anyone believes that supplements are a substitution for a good training regimen you will end up disappointed. Far too many people associate weight loss with good health.....unless you are significantly overweight the simple loss of some pounds does not make you fit. The casual fitness person can make huge improvements by eating clean and avoiding processed foods. Only when you pick up the intensity and frequency of your training will you reap the benefits of supplements.

Also, I question an ingredient in Ryno Power's list: Glucose Polymers From Corn. It is just a fancy was of saying Maltodextrin. I wouldn't claim to say that RP is all that "clean."
"Maltodextrin’s glycemic index is considered to be metabolically equivalent to glucose (dextrose). In other words it is equivalent to sugar but not as sweet.
Why is it used? The finished product…
Is easily digestible
Is a convenient source of energy
Contains approximately 4 calories per gram
Is cold-water soluble
Has low or no sweetness
Helps in producing many liquid and dried nutritional product"
