I'd think Dungey, maybe max out at 205#, 1 rep controlled.
I remember Jeff Ward & Brad Lackey was over 300#.
Probable not necessary now for speed & endurance, but sure helps preventing injuries at high speed getoffs, especially when the bike chases you down.

Considering BP's are only 1 indicator of upper body strength, assuming you are training all body parts.

Peick, Mookie, JS7, Millsaps not in order but they could do good

Dungey is way to lanky to be that strong.

My money would be on Weston Peick or Malcolm Stewart.

Peick for sure. What about the 722? He's a pretty big dude.

When I was in high school, one of the very top bench press guys weighed about 145.

And if you would consider him a "current pro", Pastrana would be up there too. And if he wasn't he'd probably put himself in hospital trying to be lol

"Wild" Wally Palmer. Endurocross/Off Road guy, but trust me, Dude is a beast. MX guys it would be Pieck. I dunno know if you're trolling with the JS7 thing, but that's just laughable. He's tiny.

The benchmark for NFL combine is reps at 225 lbs. In my prime (Al Bundy talk) I would do 3 sets of 10-15 reps at 225 lbs, then see what my max was, 350 or under and I was 5'9 170 lbs. Some of the combine guys are hitting 30-40 reps at 225. My money would be Peick all day every day. If you're using lbs to weight, the rock, henry, ward and Stanton would be contenders. DD could run with the boys in that category, she has my respect. Many of the riders listed above have too many injuries/surgeries to even bench 95 lbs, shoulder problems....just sayin.

I mean if we're gonna talk former pros then Hughes has to be in the mix. Tyler Evans too prob, Deegan's pretty beast mode these days.

I heard a story of when Weston tried to bench press every single weight in the entire gym at one time....he got it up and at the same time the entire gym sunk into the earth about 3'. True story bro's!
