I'm very disappointed. This is Stew.

1 ½ lbs lean beef, cut into chunks
1 onion, diced
3 carrots, diced
4 celery medium stalks, trimmed and diced
1 18oz bottle Guinness beer
1 cup fat free beef broth
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 bay leaf
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Spray a Dutch oven, or large cooking pot lightly with an olive oil mister and set over medium high heat. Season beef chunks with salt and pepper, place them in pot and brown on both sides, about 5-6 minutes on each side. Remove from pan and set aside.
Place onion, garlic, carrots and celery into pan, and sauté for about 5 minutes, or until the vegetables become slightly tender.
Return the beef to the pot. Pour in the beef stock, and Guinness and then add in the bay leaf. Season with additional salt and pepper.
Turn heat down to medium, and then simmer gently for about 2 hours until the meat is tender, stirring occasionally to make sure it doesn’t stick. Serve immediately.
Preparation time: 15 minute(s).....

He looks so fast. I love his style.

The only thing that seemed strange is how many times he would blip the throttle on and off coming out of certain corners, especially the corner before the finish line style jump, rather than a steady roll on. I remember one of my camp coaches always getting on to me for doing this, wish I had this video way back in the day.

He always takes his hands off at some of the craziest (to me) times. I'd probably land one handed.

He looks so comfortable, and smooth, and comfortable, comfortably smooth I'd say. It's truly amazing. He seems to have that track comfortably wired. It's like he's ridden it before or something.

But I will say, that helmet grab is a bit OCD, or that helmet just doesn't fit properly.

Happy Thanksgiving Vitards. May yee all have a comfortable day.

I doubt he's doing it because it's out of place. More of a habit now I'd say.

I think you're right, I read somewhere the Reed use to still go to adjust his clutch in mid air out of habit even after he switched to hydro on the factory Honda.

RC use to grab his helmet grab all the time. They asked him about it and he said he didn't even realize he was doing it. Probably more of a habit than anything.

I watch that video and can't help but to think what a crime it will be against the sport if he can't race. Without passing blame to whoever's fault it was.....if James can't race it will be a shame and a crime against the sport.

Man.....just watching him cruise around that track , I don't think he needed any more than about 3" of suspension on that bike. He hit everything perfect. That would be a place where I could sit back in a lawn chair , drink some beers and just watch him ride all day haha.
