Yes he was. Tomac`s rear wheel hit the back side of the brace. You can rewind Youtube feed.

Well at one point they were team mates, and they seem to be alright with each other. I'd be pretty concerned if I had just landed on a dudes head too.

They say he's OK but I'm sure he is at least concussed. The initial hit had to do it let alone the rear tire.

Confirm,
he also said he is having neck checking.
However he will be at the hospital over night.

Looked like Tomac really backed it off after he hit Justin. He was pushing, and probably would have passed CP or would have been closer had he not been upset. Have to give Pourcel credit for checking on Justin too. Pure racing incident, but nobody likes to see somebody get hurt. Hoping Barcia recovers quickly & is on the line 100% at A1.
