Mookie on a 450 at Daytona has to be a given.
Happy as hell that Malcolm got a ride....especially some badass team like Geico.
BUT....250 class? C'mon man!........The dude is a monster and needs to be on a damn 450! He rides them better than the lites bikes as well. Hopefully they will let him run some east rounds on the big bikes......crossing fingers for outdoors to!
What leads to more exposure, having a solid 5-10 place guy or a race winner/championship contender?
For Mookie, 5-10 place guy = 450 class and champ contender = 250 class
In other words who got more attention last year?
Andrew Short or Cole Seely?
From a business perspective, it's smarter to put Mookie on a 250 in SX.
Very nice Malcolm got a good ride, but would have loved to see him on the 450. Hopefully he does wel and rides some 450 East AND Outdoors!
Malcolm has the skills to win and they should focus on that, not just be happy with a good presence in the series. Put some effort and EXPECTATIONS on him to win. There's plenty of time to test and train and get ready for A1.
What coast is AC racing?
Pit Row
Wasn't he pulling holeshots on his 250, or damn near close to it last season?
We can work with speed...Malcolm Stewart has speed.
That being said, they kind of have a young team coming into 2015 with only Tomac and Bogle having much experience. Bisceglia, Hampshire, and Smith still are pretty wet behind the ears.
I wonder if Yosh helped put this together?
Should be on a four five oh though!!!
Good for Malcolm.
