People are saying Alessi didn't ride any parade laps. Just providing info from both sides, I'm not biased, just seems like this shit happens routinely, routinely enough for me to believe the first words.

The Only parade lap alessi did was when he did a burn out over jimmys line so that he couldn't triple.

The owner should change the race name to the alessi shootout since they can pretty much do what ever they want and nothing will get done about it.

They said on his instagram that he only rode the last lap of the parade laps. Enough to screw up the jump face.

Start watching at about 0:35. Looks like Alessi tries to time the gate or watch the starter but goes slightly too early and flips his gate the wrong way, he went on to win some money for leading the first lap by the sounds of things.

I do! He went when the guy in the dog house moved, which was before the gates moved, which made him hit the gate and magically plow it over. The craziest part of it is that the gate didn't just stick into his front knobbies and send his nuts into the gas tank.

Lol. What others have said. I don't think 1 burnout over a 20ft wide jump is going to stop you from jumping. Jimmy is just jealous he struggles to get top 20's in the nationals. Stirring up drama. (not saying I could do better, but I don't know why this guy gets so much support when just about every interview I saw of him after the races this summer he was talking about how he wasn't trying/got tired/ it was all a joke to him. I would not want to put my name behind him)

They gave the 200 bucks that Alessi was supposed to have won for leading the first lap to the guy who was behind him. Track owners are great people and did what they could to keep everyone happy

I don't mean for this to be a dig at the race or promoters or anyone racing this event, because from what I've heard it's an awesome event...but the fact that mike was even racing it (regardless of what did/didn't happen) just seems to tell the story of "what could have been" career wise. And before some of you guys come at me with those "well what have you done in moto" or "he has more talent in his pinky finger" yada yada yada...save it, because you're right and frankly I don't give a damn.

Dude, jimmy was unable to hit that line the second moto due to that reason. 450's jimmy had nothing for Alessi, the same could not be said during the first 250 moto where jimmy walked away from him and hitting that line helped a ton as Alessi couldnt hit it on the 250
