I don't know Huck, normally I would agree but it seems to me that the folks at RB really have a passion for extreme sports. No other company goes as far as they do to put on events and they definitely don't half-ass anything, which leads me to believe there might be more than just profit maximization going on. Who knows, I could be wrong but my gut tells me a bit more is at work here.

Also, can someone PLEASE post this race on youtube!!! I'll be gone racing this weekend and won't be able to watch it.

A couple dozen of the world's fastest riders with less than a minute to stay in the game. A nice chunk of prize money. A course that helps " level the playing field". Pastrami's return on a 500 two stroke. The chance that this may be JS7s last stand. No pro moto till A1. Hell yes it'll work. Series?, no. Annual? Dirt Junkies need their fix.

If they pay the riders a lot more than Supercross and motocross does, it will be Successful.

But what about spectators. You either see the start, the finish, or a part of the mid section, is that so exciting? I heard there is a plan to take straight rhythm to drags strips, Can it work? I dont think so, personally I cant see how this can be anymore than a cool once a year exhibit. Thoughts?
Wait, have you ever been to a national?....

Don't get too close. You might have an RMZ450 flying your way.

TP199 is going to be there. How can it not be entertaining and exciting? He's going to jump something huge.....may not be faster but it will be bigger!
I would be just as worried about the one actually riding a true RMZ450.

Heck, I'll watch guys wheelie up and down the street. Any time anyone kicks an engine I'm in to enjoy it. Sometimes it's just how you look at it.

Imagine they did a Red Bull Straight Rhythm that circled around a stadium a few times, so they spectators could constantly see it! It would be huge, you could make it a series and have a champion and everything.

I like the idea and am excited about it. Think about it for just a minute... How many times during Supercross or even Outdoors do you find yourself utterly bored watching a parade of bikes riding around the track. How often are there actually battles that bring us off our seats? This will be short but should provide excitement that gets us off our A$$'s to cheer about something.

I do also think that having a 180 and have them take two passes would be awesome

Wrong......Awesome racing as would be 20 + 2 single mains with 3 classes.

Dude you obviously only read the title.
However personally, just finished watching, prefer monster cup telecast x 2 fold .

It worked. The end whoop section right where the biggest crown was.... Very well done event.

I thought it was great. No lag time and some good matches. Feel for Malcom he was the fastest but the big brother pressure got him.

I liked it, but still prefer motocross and supercross by a mile.

That was awesome! I can't even express how much I liked that entire event, and would love to see it again with different rhythms, and different seedings along with more top riders. So sweet!
