With his track record there, I couldn't imagine that they let him go. I seriously doubt he's out at KTM.

What in the hell would a guy like that do with himself being retired? He would go nuts.

Maybe the 70 year old had trouble with setting up his facebook information. It can be trickier than it seems. I know a lot of people younger than him that have trouble navigating google. Grinning

Facebook can be like that. It might say "worked at" and you mean it as your current job.

Anything is possible. He was about ready to retire at Suzuki when the real estate market tanked and his investments took a hard hit. He only planned on doing the KTM gig till he evened out his portfolio. He may have banked a bonus or two from the Orange brigade. I have no doubt that Roger has enough interests and probably a bucket list to keep him occupied if he retires. Go The Man.

Correct on all points. As I recall he was only wanting a few more years with Suzuki and then he was gonna retire and enjoy some well deserved family time. I hope he indeed has retired and can finally slow down from being on the road.

Roger was "the man" when I was a kid. On Any Sunday had not even played in theaters yet. The best bike in the dealerships was a Husky 400 Cross or a Maico Square Barrel. Even then Roger was traveling to and winning races every weekend all over the world. I turn 60 next month and Roger is still traveling to and winning races (as Team Manager) every weekend. If anyone deserves to take a year off (or three) off and just go riding, it is Roger. I know nothing of his plans next year, just that he has been active in Motocross for a long long time.
