Hello!

My current gear is needing replacement, it got holes in it from burning myself on the header...
I havent tried anything which was better quality yet tho... Tried Fox and Thor, but thats a couple of years ago.
What gear you guys recommend for very good quality and simple design?

Guys seem to be happy with Seven. Just don't buy the $100 MSR blowout and then not be happy with quality. I got top of the line FOX stuff last and have liked it a lot. You would probably be fine with the top line FOX, THOR, MSR, TLD

You'll get a ton of different opinions, but I've been really happy with the two sets of Shift gear I have. I'm an old fogey, so I really like the simple colorways.

Gear is very subjective, but you wont go wrong with Troy Lee Designs. Always good quality and they have some 2015 designs that are very simple. You could get one color of pants and three different colors of jerseys that will all go together and give you many color options.

All the gear these days looks like it was colored by a chimp with several mix-matched gallons of paint.

Once my stuff wears out I'll just wear blue jeans like we did 40 years ago.

I had Fox 360 gear from 2010, it was not very good quality for me, but maybe the latest is?
TLD seems very good quality wise, atleast from what ive seen in the local store, but im not 100% sold on the colorways.
I do not like all black, and I do not like very much white Tongue

I also like padding in the elbows. Too bad Seven gear doesnt have this...

My Shift gear has lasted me 4 years with minimal damage. I'm convinced Fox and Shift are they way to go if you want your gear to last. I'm sure others like TLD, Seven, Thor have excellent quality as well.

I think whatever is on sale is great. I spend good money on boots and helmet but when it comes to the gear I don't think it's that important.

Got to say I like the new retro gear look from Thor, especially the red/white/blue combo inspired by the early Honda team gear!

Ditto. I've still got a set of NoFear that I bought in 2005. Not a stitch out of place, still looks great.

You can't go wrong with fly kinetic gear, you can get two sets for the price of one set of premium line gear from any other company. However if you just want to spend big money on one set I would suggest one, tld/seven, or shift/fox. I would stay away from Thor, they just don't seem to be where they were 20 years ago.

x2 NoFear and Alloy MX were the two best quality that I have owned. Both no longer around. I've been sportin the TLD stuf and like it too. Man, that Alloy gear was heavy as shit. Good protection.

Fly is the way to go
I would agree with this.^^^^^
I have a couple of sets of the F-15 stuff and I really like it.
About a year or two ago though, I won a set of TLD GP gear in a raffle. Never owned TLD and really didn't have any interest in purchasing any. I'll admit the stuff is awesome. Definitely on a different level from anything else I've owned.
