I've pulled for Dungey all season, but count me as someone who thinks this thread's title is lame. Roczen could have a bad week next weekend--but if not, I'll be glad to congratulate him for a well-deserved championship.

What about when its hot and humid? Is that not weather affecting the race outcome due to the different affects it has on different riders? Could we not suggest that has slowed Kenny down? Or is it just another condition that a pro motocross racer needs to be able to adapt to if they want to be a champion?

Exactly this^^^

Anything else is cry me a river time! Id like to see Ryan take it as well but I was glad to this and today , Roczen was just the better of these two today.
There were NO mechanical failures by either of them. Weather or track conditions shouldnt even be brought up!

The weather played a part in that it was of paramount importance to be way up front on the start. Dungey failed the test and Roczen passed with flying colors. Could have easily been the reverse.

Nope- wanted to see an exciting down to the last moto Championship! Doesn't happen very often, but this could have been! That's what I bummed about.

Dungey is behind in points because roczen beat him through most of the season Ryan is doing what he does every season start off slow and peak at the end it doesn't work if you have real competition.

Extreme weather conditions are always special.Look what happened to Tomac.Dungey was not the only one who struggled.Roczen rode great and he deserved it.

Funny you bring that up Manny, I was sittin on the shitter after the races and thinkin, i bet there will be some clueless jamokes that start a thread or two blaming the conditions on the title fight.

Kenny and Dunge are my two fav riders so it was a win / win situation for me, but i was pulling for Kenny so he could be only the THIRD rider in history to win a premier class title in his rookie season. That is quite an accomplishment.

...but it isnt over yet! there is a reason they run ALL the races. Cool

I'm a huge RD fan....but as soon as I found out it was a mudder I knew Kroc probably had the title. He knows how to ride the mud really good. He completely waxed the field 1st moto and that was it for the #1 plate IMO. Dude is good. I really wish the weather would've been decent..not for the outcome, but to see these riders race this track at speed. Track looked amazing on press daySad

All this race showed are that Euros are soft, crooked teeth, vaginas who know how to ride around in slop. Since there whole country is slop and they have to live in that shit everyday they should be able to ride it.

Roczen has won 6 races and 8 motos

Dungey has won 4 races and 6 motos

I seem to remember Dungey getting the majority of the better starts as well.
