1978-1980 CR250 Red Rocket kick Starters!!

Sorry that you had to have someone else do your work, and you had to have the part in your
hand to copy.
My 1977 RM250 Fox bike was built for fun, as you should know
Fox never built one!
So, I did not have one to copy, or any of the parts too!
Hmmmm!
Again just another option for the kickers

Good job Rob, I detect a little humbleness in those last two posts and a little less of making the hole deeper. A few less "I's" too.
I know I had rather take the shovel up my ass, big end first, and I will give you two weeks to draw a crowd, before reading anymore of the conceded, part throwing away, double throwdown tooling, billet BS vomit that has come from your keyboard in the past. I AM NOT ALONE EITHER.

Just concentrate on playing the game and not trying to keep the damn score too. If you win, someone will come along and let you know that you did. People that do the sophomoric type crap as you have in the past (here and on other boards as well sir) are the same type of people that give themselves their own nickname and I know that you would never do that. Correct?

You fell off the wagon on us there Doucher.

I am sure that Mr. Carbaugh is still very happy with that 250 too. He is a first class person; maybe he will give you some lessons on being one.

Laughing No apologies needed, as I'm no machinist and never claimed to be. But cool story Rob, pat yourself on the back again. I built mine entirely for fun as well and was humbled when I got an offer to purchase them. They found a nice home as did yours with a very good friend of mine.

Again, thank you Stevie D for what you do for the sport. Color me impressed.

Damn Rob, you tell someone to go buy some equipment and then you complain when he has better shit than you. Too damn funny, you really can't make this stuff up. As a self proclaimed master machinist I am sure you are well aware that the majority of that head was not done on a CNC.

Wow, nobody has ever spoken that cruel to me, I am crushed.
I am not trying to be anybody #5, just trying get you to quit trying to prey upon the weak.
You went down that Cee and Cee road 4 years ago on the head, you pretty much lost then too. You need some new material hoss.

Are you so deaf that you cannot read? This is all about you being a self centered goober. Period.

Don't offer up a compliment Rob, just do a little jealous bashing of your own. Why don't you offer up some machining tips from time to time since it seems to be a hobby of yours?

Not fabbed on a CNC bullshit!
The amount of extra stock you have around your
machine work is the give away!
what a waste of material ! No compliments here!
the work was done on a cnc vertical mill
only a fool would hand machine a round part from a large block

More bashing!

The sad part about all of this is that you obviously do not realize the way that that you are perceived.
Nothing more to see here, move the hell on.
Be sure to call me a real cool 4th grade name on the way out, pretty please?

My ego? Pfffffftttttt. Im just the dumb painter. I compliment people on here all the time on their attention to detail in regards to their restorations. Anyone needs a paint tip, I'm willing to offer any help I can. You should try it, maybe you wouldn't be the only one replying to your threads.

Ken Tyson-= T dog

Let alone years ago?
Wow, wtf is your problem?
Really you have a problem
Chip on your shoulder? Ha Ha ,lol, lol :D

I always show parts that can be made at home
by hand with basic home shop equipment
I am not here to sell anything, just to show parts /idea's
for other bike builders.
But some people (like the bashers on this post)
Get jealous

Sorry ,
but truly machining parts, building a MX bike
Not diffucult!
I encourage bike builders to seek there local
machinist to do the work they require
or buy the equipment and have fun!

As I was reading through this post I was wondering what all the fuss is about .
Ask yourself, what makes a factory bike so trick? Is it the parts made of exotic materials or the hours it took to make them?
To me a works bike is special due to the fact it was built to be raced by the very best riders in the world.
Look back in time to the mid to late seventies at some of the hand made experimentation parts that were tried on the non- Japanese works bikes. These parts were crude and made in less than a week so to be ready for the next race.
High quality ? NO. Super trick ? YES, only because of the guys racing them. Any part used by Decoster on a CZ or a Husky part used by Lackey is cool.
I could care less about a works honda HRC road racing bike. We are talking motocross here and MOTO is cool. All non-production motocross parts are trick regardless of the quality. Keep this in mind ,it is not difficult to make these parts we are talking about. thousands of guys can make them. The real trick is going fast on the track once the parts are installed on your bike. It is time to pull our pretty models down off the shelf and put them on the track where the were built to run.
It would be fun to settle this by lining up each machinist or builder and his trick bike behind the gate at a track of our agreement - and may the best man win. Yes Dubach is welcome.
