I'm talking a World, AMA National or SX (not East/West) .

I'm thinking guys like Åke Jonsson (not counting being Swedish and Inter-AMA), John Desoto and more recently Kevin Windom or John Dowd.

Pastrana doesn't necessarily top K-Dub, but I think 199 is one of the most talented to never win a major title. Or even get a race win. If a) he had just stuck to the racing a little longer and b) 4-strokes had not come along when they did, I think he would have challenged for championships.

Bradshaw or Windham. Bradshaw quit early so he fewer years but Windham was around a long time to never win as good as he was.
