Great rides by 2 great riders. Winning both races and championships in numbers that very, very few in history have accomplished.

If not good luck to you and your nephew ya gunna need it as you sound like a dick.

When RV wins he was on it when he gets beat he is in for the long haul, give me a break he has had nothing for bubba.

He must be sooo proud of you or did he treat you like he did his Dad, Apples fall close to the tree. What a cunt of a son to disrespect Family the way he has and you sir are a good winner but a fukin sook when ya get beat. I hope he stays on 2 wheels and wins the Championship after all this sandbagging.
Damn son, I hope you don't get the sledge hammer from GuyB for this one.

Seamor why did you edit your post.

Juss I watched the vid obviously put out by Uncle2 or someone else associated with his press releases, so He has put the Family spat online.

It was obviously not as serious as he first thought otherwise why would he have invited the Family back into the fold.

For RV to have given the Family the flick just goes to show Nil respect for what they did for him in his early days. I just think it sucks big time that RV let it get that far. As for what ticked him off who cares as surely giving up your own and family life so he could realise his dream must count for something.

If he didn't want it discussed he shouldn't have had his PR team making a vid showing how he has made up and FORGIVEN his Family. FFS. I do not want to know and don't give a fuck why, the fact RV did it says a lot about his character.

Cryin Ryan better be thanking his lucky stars that Stewart crashed at A1. The Fastest Man on the Planet is just that, and if he doesn't beat himself, nobody can.

Championships are all that matters. After Vegas, Bubba will be one more season removed from his last championship and RV will be getting his 4th consecutive championship. No one knows whether or not RV pushed last night to beat JS7. IMO, after he was passed and almost crashed, he probably backed it off a little. Why take a chance at throwing a lot of $$$ away to battle with someone that who really doesn't have a shot at the title barring a disaster by RV. RV still stayed within striking distance the entire race. Maybe at most 2 seconds back before the last lap.

I could not even listen to the pulpcast with RV. “It is better to offer no excuse than a bad one.”

You guys don't get what wins championships do you? Why push the pace against some guy who has no chance at winning the title? That's stupid to think " You would race him ".......when in fact if you had millions riding on the outcome of the season....and wrapping up the title......." You would NOT race him! ".....and you would be considered retarded for even trying.

RV has plain and simple been the FMOTP for the past 4yrs. This is why he wins just about every single series. He takes his 2nd , 3rd , 4th place finishes when he needs to. Hell......he'll get taken down in the first corner and come out 21st........and still get a 4th. " Push it when you need to.....don't when you don't ".
I agree with that, and I was shocked RV put as much of a fight with James as he did, when he clearly didn't need to. Good race anyway. I love it when them two go at it, both faster than damn it, and race clean.

What excuse do you speak of? I didn't think he made excuses other than admitting he was not that disappointed with
2nd and all things considered.

James came from behind and passed RV tonight. James is one of/ if not the most talented guy to ever ride a dirt bike. RV, however has more championships. RV is protecting a points lead and racing for the title. James has nothing to lose and can go balls out every race. James looked better tonight and there's is a very good chance he would have won tonight no matter what. But I can guarantee that RV would have put up more of a fight if tonights race winner was the SX champion. What would RV have benefited from pushing it and maybe crashing, when 2nd place in points was way behind him? Nothing. Maybe James is better than RV, and maybe RV is better than James. I don't know. What I do know is that RV needs to place high and win this championship, while James is free to win or crash. Obviously James will push it harder than RV. And for all you people talking about James wins. He would gladly trade wins for another championship or 2 because that is what matters and we all know that.

You're wrong. James has been better the last 3 races......the first 2/3rd's of the season belonged to RV. Enough that he gapped everyone so badly he doesn't have to worry about taking 2nd's and 3rd's.

"At the end of the year all that matters is win count.".....PFFT haha!. To who? Win counts don't mean jack shit if you don't win the title at the end of the year.
yep

one season I won 11 out of 14 motos and lost!, 1 dnf and dns cost me big time!

haha well a slightly bigger trophy with 1st instead of 2nd engraved and $75 instead of $100

the guy that won never put a wheel in anger in front of me, still butt hurt and it was years ago! :D

Yeah in years to come it will be talked about how Rv won 4 straight SX titles. what won't be talked about is how Stewart beat him in St . Louis and toronto

Genealogists can't find work in Australia because family trees have no branches.

Come on now Hillbilly, you know that not all Aussies are that bad, but a few on here have shown their ass on numerous occasions, some just get full on rubber room crazy when Reed doesn't win or is out with injury.

He extended his Championship lead by 10 points, in what world is that a loss, he lost to a guy who has nothing to lose and is
chasing wins not Championships. RC4 lost all of his races after Daytona in 05 and 06 and won the championships. Who cares
who wins the race, Champions win Championships. I've never heard of a Winnership. Go RV1Woohoo

Really, do realize how stupid that sounds. I am appreciating the way JS7 is riding this year and he is definitely on top of his
game, but his fans do him no favors by spouting the things they say. JS7 is the FMOTP when he rides at 110% and he is also
good for a crash every 5 races at that pace. Lots of wins and few championships and that is his legacy. If he is happy with
that then so am I. One of the best to throw a leg over a dirtbike, but not nearly the best.
And you think you're doing your nephew any favors by coming in here and being an annoying douche? Maybe you should learn something from your nephew who is half your age - be a bit more humble and let the results do the talking.

" I think " RV definitely didn't want to get passed by Stewart,.........BUT , I also think that when it comes down to giving that extra 1-3% of putting yourself on the edge to win a " Single race "......the negatives out weigh the positives. Meaning.....it wouldn't be smart to push the race speeds like that.....with a 35 point lead.

If the gap was like 5 points.........you would be seeing a different RV out there. The same RV we have been seeing for the past 4yrs when he is close in points with someone........he basically hammers anyone and everyone.
After James passed RV, Villo kept him honest for 90% of the race. As good as Villopoto is, he wouldn't be able to do that running anything less than 100%

James is flat out riding better than Ryan right now, but Ryan will likely win the title. That's what it is.

Villopoto got beat, plain and simple. Villopoto knows it, Stewart knows it, Villopoto's uncle knows it (that's why he's posting what he's posting), and so do a lot of other people. No shame in losing to Stewart, he's pretty much made every top rider look silly at times.
This, and im a fan of both riders.

RV fans have been tooting the "Championship" horn since A1. As a Stewart fan, I am very surprised at how he is riding this season, I expect him to wad up like everyone else. I am positive that RV will wrap this championship. Shoot, he was my favorite to win the title going into the season. Stew has closed his lead by what, almost 20 points in 3 races? Two of which RV has gotten second. He's only -1 on Dungey right now so its not much of a "extension," but we all know deep down the title is out of reach. Credit to where it is do, RV is amazing on a bike and he does what he has to do to lock it up, but he's been outclassed for rides this year. His consistency is on point, but a 28 year old Stew has showed that he hasn't lost much over the years.

I hope RV can do it, but I would not cash the check yet. In the last 3 races, JS has made up like 20 points. Anything can happen. Still have 4 races left. Look what happen to RD tonight. JS gets 11 more points up on RV and this thing is going to Vegas!
Juss, you are the voice of reason....and for RV to even make the main at Toronto and come back at St Louis to lead and chase #7 to the finish after having one ball removed by a Canadian would be the story topper.
Now to have to go through a mudder in Seattle that could bring the title run down to the wire in Vegas against the FMOTP with just one of your nuts?? Well that's Crazy Ball right there!
