So sometimes there are happy endings to news stories.
Hopefully the rightful owner of the bike got it back, and hopefully the bike escaped the crash unscathed.

Master Lock...

They have deep pockets and it is obvious that the lock was not adequete to secure the motorcycle from theft.

Yep was my first thought how did the motorcycle owner screw up so the family can sue.....

Reminds me of the time somebody stole my bike. Here I am, walking home and I come upon the scene of an accident. Guess what. My bike! These 2 idiots missed a 90 degree turn and t-boned a car. The twisted fork was worth it seeing their faces as I confronted them and we all waited for the cops to show up... They wanted me to use my insurance to fix the damage. I said no way. Their parents had to fork the money over.
