In the làst motos you had 2 guys racing,38ish riding.

We will have top 8 within 10 to 15 seconds

Now fuel may have fucked that race,

I will wait tlll Brazil or next race to really rub it in.

'Top 8 within 10 to 15 seconds in the US' claim. Really? That's awesome. Please tell me more about that.

Now I will stamp that the french championship is the most competitive and stacked so my post can get deleted (thanks GuyB!)

Same as RV and Tomac a lot of last year I guess you could say.The field certainly is deep, you'll find more Moto winners in MX1 than the Nationals I prefer to watch the GPs over AMA but it's the series I was brought up on,I love to watch them all though,SX is no match at all for either Outdoor series IMO

I'm sure to some Americans, the announcers could be flat, the US commentry is very "lively"

Even if you take AC and JH out of it,the racing behind them is there,a huge number of guys can podium,30 on the gate involves politics but most are of a decent standard, sadly as in all the racing, nobody is too interested beyond 10,maybe 15 guys anyway

Yep, that's exactly what you need to do, it's a two horse show right now with those two in it. Kick them out and make them come here and fight for wins like all the guys over here that are fast do...Smile

Wow,1k ,hell,it must be 10k really.

To bad i waste it in a shit thread about a series racing in Thailand, yep,Thailand,in front of hundreds of natives.

Noses so high nobody even qualified for the vip seats, yep, empty.

Bikes puking on rotten fuel, 2 guys on camara in each race the entire race. Why?because the other 30 is it now?were riding around

Do they still pay start money?my guess would be yes because who the hell would go to Thailand?,lol

Yeah,bang up job there guys.

I bet they pay 222 to lay back and pass just to make a show also, one pass for the lead, one.get paid,go home.

Next year,Vietnam?

And he's a pretty even handed critic of all three promoters when he's got an issue.

Your post screams so much ignorance that its embarrassing to call you an "American".

"Do they still pay start money?my guess would be yes because who the hell would go to Thailand?,lol"

Bangkok is the craziest city on this planet. You would not be able to handle it, or maybe you have already been there and got railed by a lady boy?? Is that why you have disdain for Thailand?

As far as a race in Vietnam that would be another awesome place to visit, new resorts on picturesque beaches while living incredibly comfortable off of 25 bucks a day!

Check it out, here,we pay a outrageous entry fee to race, why?

Because we are core, hardcore, triple x. You dont get shit for 21st thru 40th,well,

I think you still get a canof chainlube and a pair of ten year old fox gloves,if you are lucky a warm beer from a fan thru the fence.

Which was plenty for me because i loveed the beating.

Now, if we go on back a ways,

When you fuckers thru our tea in the drink we kicked you arse with rifles with bent barrels filled with rocks

And cracked cannons rammed full of squirrels.

Then when ole Franz turned left instead of right we went over the top till you guys wearing funny hats ran out of lead

Then,a few years later you Belgians were saying nine not for tedesco or nine nine not for max but for a entire other reason.

Yep,that Adolf guy was stokin' fires with human logs and we had to come kick asses and save you fuckers again.

And ,to say I aint partied till I had a 12 yr old girl ,buddy,if i was there I'd kill ever fucker that pimped them out.

Tell me again how y'all are all the shit again,i forgot what we were arguing about.

Oh boy ... I am sorry that you have just started to learn some History at school, sorry if you may have to go back to your homework to give us more details, for instance about Russia's role in the WWII or why actually the US came in ? (Thanks god it is very rare to find this kind of s... when running out of proper arguments)

Now if you can also say something based on facts regarding moto, I would not mind. You may like to watch more ama racing than gps. That is also my case (mainly for SX). Now defending arguments that are totally invented is called desinformation.

Louie,I did give France credit on here with building the first tank with a turret,it had one forward gear and 13 reverse

One other thing I learned in my sixed grade edukation is the sun NEVER sets on the American flag.

Thats why you can eat frog legs instead of sour kraut.

So,how does a rider in mxgp that gets last place afford to haul his bike to Thailand?

Paid to start or does last place pay that much?

hillbilly-Nice that you've taken such an interest in the GPs. Before anyone answers your Thailand travel costs for last place question I would like to ask you two questions: Why is this important to you? Once you have the answer what would your follow up question be?

To be clear I think it is great you're asking but to be honest I have the impression you're more interested in pulling people's chains than you are learning. Regarding your attempts at French bashing and Euro bashing for me that is getting too personal and really why even go there?

If you want to talk politics and wars of the past Non Moto is waiting but Moto isn't the place IMO..

WTF I'm wasting my time getting pissed in Phuket. Why didn't they advertise more??
Thais literally grow up riding around on scooters. There are no shortage of teenage speed freaks running around. But they are ripping through traffic two up with no helmets on scooters with fart cans. They could have filled every seat by offering free beer.

While your at it Yanka billy fill me in on how your National Debt is going and what is your forecast for the Mark to take over the world currency. You better hope never otherwise the Printers will have to slow down.

Good to see you able to PULL a three 3 rail trailer as you sound like a good PULLER.

The GP's are the real world Championships and I know that hurts but you guys are soooo Good at inventing your own Local World Championships, you will find another way.

2013 MXDN once again proved the top riders.

Dont know the answer either huh? Do any of you know how if the riders get paid to start ?

The 13 mxn was a good race i guess, glad Belgium won,i like waffles.

A prior knowledge of track helps, like it helped RV win at budds on A 250 beating AC easily, but he knew the track,so eh,dont mean much to me.

We americans will prolly never have to save you outback foster drinkers since you are on a island, till plate tectonics move you north.

I think it varies. Youthstream stump up a certain amount of travel contingency for the fly away GP's, which could always be argued is never enough.

Every rider on the gate has to race for a team and the team usually pays for the logistics. But obviously the riders have different contracts. I don't imagine any of the factory guys have to worry about a thing, some riders are paid a salary but have finance their own travel, others may have their travel costs covered but rely on bonus scheme to get paid. Other riders might have personal sponsors who cover their travel costs or provide an RV for getting around Europe etc.

Reducing the gate from 40 to 30 is shit, but its Youthstreams way of getting around the fact that in this day and age its fuggin expensive to finance a world wide motorsport series. In the past some of the smaller teams have opted out of travelling to the fly away GP's so Youthstream reduced the gate to try and negate this problem. Their aim has always been to encourage financially sound and professionally run teams who in turn can take care of the riders, but that requires a lot of money. Youthstream are convinced the World Championship can match MotoGP in terms of investment and execution etc (at least thats what they seem to be aiming for, albeit rather clumsily) so they don't care for the privateer thing and the smaller outfits are not welcome unless they can meet the standards expected of them.

This is the reason they're now racing in Qatar and why there were next to no spectators, because it's all the rich people who were apparently being entertained in the VIP areas who matter most these days.

I would prefer it to revert back to 40 rider gates, open (timed) qualifying for anyone who wants to turn up and give it a crack, just like it used to be and just like they still do in America. But if you want to continue to race overseas and maintain the 'World' championship status there needs to be greater investment, which is what Youthstream are trying to encourage by going to Brazil, the Middle East and Asia. But it also means the number or participants is reduced, so its a double edged sword.

Looking forward to hearing how badass American racers are, although I'm not sure I can trust the opinion of someone who thinks Thailand is a shithole?

20 years ago you could get a few bikes off a dealer/manufacturer, tune em up for a few grand, get sponsored all your parts/expendables and race all your Euro based GPs on a budget of peanuts. Nowadays if you want to stick a rider on the start line for a full season a team will need at least £150k of budget. They have to pay for everything these days even the damn tyres! its nuts. Jamma's post is pretty much on the money.

Oh and BTW I can't stress enough how wrong you are about Thailand. Head 8 or 9 hours south of where the GP is held and the landscape will literally blow your fuckin mind its so beautiful. You can also hang around Bangkok and Pattaya and get something else blown, but I feel that would be missing the point perhaps ....

The 13 mxn was a good race i guess, glad Belgium won,i like waffles.

A prior knowledge of track helps, like it helped RV win at budds on A 250 beating AC easily, but he knew the track,so eh,dont mean much to me.
