I would claim it too, his name is on the sheet!
I'm still crushed every time I watch my first local race as a Senior.... Craig Anderson decided to borrow his younger brothers YZ 125 and rock up to the gate for our first moto. To add salt to the wound, he gave us a head start!Pinch Who went bar to bar with Ando for two corners though!?Whistling EDIT: He stole my first win as Senior. Laughing Email me your ideas brotherWink
Thanks! Yeah, I'm definitely making sure they don't forget about it any time soon. Now that I have 3 C-ships, I also refer to myself as the fat RV to. Lol

Haha that's awesome! You gotta love it when somebody talented like that shows up, gives you a head start, then 2 corners later is already gapping you! Lol
Will do man!

still have this 70 but its clapped beyond repair..

building up a ttr 125 my buddy gave me right now..gas tank is cracked and Ive been trying to plastic weld it..keep chasing these little pinholes..its driving me nuts..just going to do springs..gotta put a stock pipe back on it for the track..looks so fun though..

yeah we used to do the same except we would put a 70 kit in them, one day we had about 10-15 at my house and we had a killer track set out and every one was kinda same pace so it was so competitive, so much fun and suuuper aggressive haha
I've got video of it somewhere if thread is still kicking around tomorrow I'll throw it up

oi, this is a teaser cause I've got 12 minutes of footage that I've tried to put on my laptop but for some reason I can watch it but I can only save 3:27, and I have no clue why cause I'm a simpleton when it comes to computer shit! anyway this will give you an idea
and you know how I said there was 10-15 of us apparently it was really only 7 haha hey it was over 10 years ago my memory was obviously aggrandising it a little haha BTW I'm the dickhead smashing a beer bottle on my helmet at the start haha

yeah we put 70 kits in them, I reckon that's about perfect.. Mine was a super old one with the old bar set up so we just flattened them out and hacked up a renthal cross bar and it was good..
We had a freestyle show in Lismore one night that I commentated with bikes and bmx' and all the top guys of the time were there like Harriman and that NZ guy whose name I've forgotten and a few others, anyway we had Z races too and a heap of Gold Coast dudes came down with there pristine fucken things that they'd sunk thousands on but weren't really all that fast, so we smoked em haha there were a few jumps and every time I hit them I was thinking 'my forks are gonna snap for sure this time' haha they never did though

I am impressed that some can afford to race MX and have money for a pit bike. Good for your guys!

They're still massive in the UK, in fact, bigger than ever. Although it is plagued by Chinese bikes, there's still a pretty large community for the original Jap minis.

I bought my china shit used for 300€. I changed the oil when I got it, after that it has taken a hell of a beating with no maintenance and its still going strong! There must be something wring with it! Grinning Silly

Of course the shock, the forks and the brakes are garbage, but you dont really need them on a pit bike (if you find yourself wanting for better suspension I think youre on a track meant for full size MX bikes) but the motor just keeps on going and so far none of the essential parts like the wheels havent fallen of.. Smile
