Racer X has a poll of who the favorite is to win it, and Blake Baggett is the heavy favorite on there. I honestly have no idea why. He's never been consistent from what I remember. Who do you all think will be the top runners? I'm throwin' it out there right now. If Wharton can ride like he was last year, he'll be the favorite for the championship.

I also forgot about Davalos. If he doesn't get a win this year with as light a field there will be, he never will. I think Davalos and Wharton (and maybe AC depending on how well he does for a rookie) will be the top guys.

Yeah, I think Davalos is being underestimated a bit. He was right there (a tad bit behind) Tomac and Roczen last year and this is his make or break year. After this year he's done with Lites. Everytime I think of Martin I think of last year when he got bucked off and went flying through the air and still managed to podium that night. I think it was one of the Cali rounds?

PC East team is definitely stacked with AC, Davalos, and Baggett

Wharton, Davalos, Cianciarulo, Bogle, Baggett, Cunningham...it should be good.

Baggett hasn't been back on the bike long, but I hear he's going fast already. Here's hoping everyone stays healthy.

I'm pretty sure that was Phoenix last year. I was just glad he wasn't paralyzed, let alone finishing on the podium a few hours later. That was one of the scariest looking crashes I've seen.

But it should be close. It'll be one solid last chance for quite a few guys... Davalos, Wharton, Baggett. If they can't get it done this year, it's only going to get more improbable for them in the future, with AC having a year under his belt and MM hopefully not being out injured next year, and other unforeseen details. If MM was healthy, I think he'd be the favorite by far. After the first few rounds last year he was consistently the fastest guy out there.

JEREMY MARTIN! How has he not been mentioned in here? I think he's got a very good shot for wins & potentially a championship, was very impressed by him all of last year.

look for Cole Thompson # 52 on his Rockstar KTM to be in the mix,
the winning attitude at the test track each day from the # 17 bike of Andreson can't help but rub off.

I'm putting my money on Davalos. If Baggett could get his chupakabra (Spelling?) magic working on a SX track he will be hard to beat, but I don't see that happening.

Id love to see Bogle get up there. As long as he stays out of trouble I think he can do it.

He USED to be consistent outdoors. Last year he wasn't, (I know, I know, he had a bum wrist), and supercross has never been his strength. And just to be clear, I am aware that he's fast as balls.

Agreed. I don't understand why so many people forget about him. He is gonna be dangerous this year!

It's a benefit for him to be forgotten at this point. Less attention and pressure coming into the season.

Baggett, Wharton and davalos have had years to love they are championship contenders indoors, and they haven't... My money is on customcamaro, martin or bogle...

Matt Lemoine was doing very well on 450s last year before the knee injury. I expect him to be up there this year.

I remember a young Bagget who was on fire, slicing his way trough the pack and riding his Suzuki to the limits. But as soon as he jumped on the pro circuit team that came to an end. Kinda weird though since the PC bike should've been much better, hope he can step it up this year!

I agree with all the guys that said Martin. I can't believe he wasn't mentioned earlier either. If Bogle can come back close to 100%, he'll be up there too.

I'd like to see Davalos win it, hoping he can keep it on 2 wheels this year.
