I've been into cars thanks to my old man since I was in diapers. After 6 years in the making our willys will finally be complete.

My daily driver 87 RX7 TII, mostly stock. Got it to a fun 240 ponies to the wheels (it's my Moto rig as well)

88 RX7 that will be an SCCA track car and street machine. In the process of building the cage now. Full bridge 13b with a Garrett GT35r...should be 530-550hp at the wheels and shooting for 2400lbs with no driver. (Still lots of work to do here, need some recent photos too)

1952 Willy's Aero with a 394 Oldsmobile hooked to a Tremec 5 speed. Lots of work into this baby. I don't have a picture if the finished paint outside because of the PA snow.

Also have a 1964 red on black fuel injected Corvette, a solid 7 year resto because my old man decided to crash it into a lake haha.

I dig the old Willys there. I am like you a gearhead before I came out of my mom.

I got some old pics of my Grandpa, he was a OG drag racer hot rodder in Detroit during the late 40's and into the early 50's. He built a hot rod out of a '32 Ford tub, built the frame by hand, Cadillac V8 with 3 carbs. Open zoomies, flat black with white walls. He said he built out of scrap parts for a total of like $250. His daily driver was a '49 Mercury. Black and lowered. I will try getting them pics loaded. Nice looking cars!

I've had some old Camaro's over the years, nothing too collectible though. Started piecing together a 81 and 85 RX7 about twenty years ago after a crash on the dirt bike. Six months later, back on the bike and the RX lanquished for years. Just dusted it off recently and the youngest son set a goal of having it up and running before he left for the Marines after graduation. Racing beat sway bars and springs along with their strut tower brace and a Car-Tech intercooled turbo kit on the original 50,000 mile engine. The Car Tech kit was rated at 235 hp for the meek little 12A. HRE Racing wheels with Dunlops, 17X8 fronts and 17X9's rear in the classic BBS style from back in 1994. Design Energy Mariah Mode One body kit with the one piece front bumper, flared fenders and quarters with the wrap around rear spoiler finish it off. Almost sold it a dozen or so times over the years.....but always decided to keep it.

Glad to see another rotary man on here! I love the first gens, that one looks like a blast to drive. I actually just bought a set of used BBS RS's for my track car, and they really hurt my wallet haha, but they look so good. The wheels on my gold car are actually off an early 2000's crown Vic.

I've got the same racing beat kit on my street car (springs, strut tower brace, sway bars, wheel spacers)....the strut tower brace is actually fetching big bucks, it's too badass to sell though.

I've got a 20b (3 rotor) laying in wait for a future project...I'm just not sure what it is I want to drop it into, not to mention everything for the 20b's are a small fortune.

I'm not big into the drift scene...but this 4 rotor is as good as it gets. (Plus Ktm sponsors it)

Someone embed it, I can't because I am on a mobile device.

In the process of putting my circle track car together for next season. The paint has been laid down, but the motor is still at the engine shop getting played with.

A very built 2.3 Ford motor. Pretty standard for the Mini Stock classes across the country. Chassis is an 80 Pinto, we just put a new head on it, that with a .500 lift cam (max we can run by the rules) should be flowing about 210CFM on the intake side and 180 on the exhaust. All together the motor should be putting about 190-200 HP to the rear wheels. Not bad for an engine that was originally putting out less than 90

That is a place in Atlanta that a friend of mines dad is friends with and used to race prototype GT cars with for years. Dude is a Mazda racing guru. Has some wild rotary motors he has built.

This is my 67 Chevelle SS396. I've had it for nearly 14 years. Every winter/spring, I'll take on some improvement project and get it done by summer in order to drive the shit out of it every year. This car has taught me how to build engines, transmissions, pull dents, mig weld, fabricate, problem solve, trouble shoot, tune carbs and ignition curves, do alignments, etc. I can't count the number of times I've told myself "That's it, I'm just going to drive this thing"

I brought my oldest son's first dirt bike home in the back of my 81 RX7. That's right, IN the RX7...Laughing PW50 laid down on its side with the hatch closed. Good times.

'02 WRX with a blown head gasket. Brother got it cheap cheap cheap.

Cat back exhaust for it...

Before...

After. Way less restrictive. 20+ hp difference.

Engine taking shape.

Powder coated STI manifold.

Amazing how such a small 2.5 litre 4 cylinder is capable of making over 500hp.

Most recent pic. Almost ready to drop it back in.
