Cold shower therapy is real. Look it up before you decide to bash me people. I honestly wouldnt doubt if Poto did it,its a great excercise for mental strength. But like I said before what do I or the Marines know. I gotta get Bubba in on it

Sooo.....what I've taken from this thread.......

RV and Kenny take cold golden showers together and makes them into therapeutic warriors on the track in Sweden......but only when Stewart is watching from the outside eating nutter butters which make him smile?

This makes me sad....as i Have been training completely wrong all these years.

I say this because I have done a lot of training with the marines.. 8yrs as an infantryman we've had units in competition with them and their "cold showers" didn't work that day.. And OMG!! I called marines pussies!!! Yea because some of them are!!

Cold water/ice bath recovery is real and I'd imagine a lot of the top pros are doing it/have done it at some point. It's huge in sport.

Cold showers daily for mental toughness? None of us will ever understand because we are not true warriors like yzjs7.
