I think Stewart will pull the A1 win. It has been a looong time since he has shown the consistency to win a title though.

If RV maintains what he's shown, he's the one to beat. Curious if there are any effects from the get off at the MEC? I think this is going to be a year for RD to either step up, or fall back. Should know after a couple of races. His extremely passive style will not work with a stacked field. He'll get beat on many occasions by Barcia, Tomac and Roczen. If he gets starts and rides more aggressively (quickly apply pressure when behind and not move over as soon as someone shows him a wheel) I think he'll have a better than 50:50 of winning the title. He has the speed. If not he'll be a consistent 3rd-5th. Tomac is my wildcard. He showed incredible speed at times last year, if he can continue that on a 450 he could be the one to dethrone RV.

Same thing I thought, but yet they pick Reed like he's been at a fountain of youth since his "awesome" season last year just because of a bike change. Makes no sense to me?

I agree fully, let me ask you this though, do you think Reed warrants being a top pick? Regardless of past accomplishments, he's a badass that's for sure but time stops for no one and he's at the end of his career, like it or not. And I'm not trying to talk shit on him I truly am a fan but I'm a realist.

Ain't talking shit on Eli either, he is a rad mutha

Let's be honest here, some are going to come out swinging the bat, I see barcia as a definite threat, but at the same time I don't see Stewie and villo letting one go....seems there is more to prove this year for some reason, don't know why but after watching that press conference it really brought it home to me just how badass this season will be and you can see the tension amongst the top guys.....

His shitty year in 2013 resulted in a fifth overall finishing only behind rv, millsaps, dungey, and barcia. I agree he is at the end of his career (so is js7 and a few others), but I can see him struggling to make the main or even top ten positions.

Anyone see the quad he did in the third base line rhythm in the transworld vid? Nasty. Both him and James had some sweet lines there. Will be cool to watch practice and see who else does them.

Seems a little odd to say a guy like Stewart in his late twenties is at the end of career no?

I know reed may be a little older than Stewart but what is he? 30 ?
