Just a little reminder of how one of the GP riders see it. Pretty much the opposite your bias, unrealistic crap.

Boom!

Interviewer: It seem the GP guys have suddenly taken over...is it a new world order?

deDyker: Ummm no I don't think so...uh...I think just getting used to all those tracks...it's not like we have tracks like this
because I never see it like this and we never have anymore in GPs...they make it always flat but I think this is more a motocross track now and uh...I think still uh, yeah they're still fast and even if uh maybe was uh Ryan Villopoto was here it was uh, maybe some different story I think. It's just a one day event and it's hard so you need to be on your A game and also no mistakes .

I ask Cairoli and same thing and he said, no, the Americans are still very good. I can live with that, but I don't agree. I think the euros have taken over.

I think you are closer to being right than wrong but next year Latvia will tell the tale. If Team USA loses for the third year in a row........I don't even want to think about it.

EDIT: Will be interesting to see who the US National champs are from next year too.

Musquin has to be favorite in 250s and man, wouldn't it be awesome if Roczen on the 450s. I think he has the potential to at least finish second to Villopoto.

Just because the US got 2nd in the MXoN & Roczen won the 250 West by a few points this year, you think the euros have taken over?!
The MXoN is a battle of countries, not continents. 47 countries make up Europe & 36 make up the Americas. I don't think anyone in the 22x the US won ever said "the Americas are taking over"! Its nation vs nation. You shouldn't have to add on every country attached by the same continent to make a team to beat the US. Belgium beat the US by a few points fair & square that day, not Europe. If you wanna call it like that, than the US could say they beat 46 out of 47 euro countries & It would be safer to say the Americans took over Europe IMHO... Whistling

What are you guys smoking?

The euro's have not 'taken over'. The parity between the two series has simply been revealed to people who refused to believe it, thats all.

The Americans take over everywhere , whether you want then too or not ...

The fact that you have the best riders is simple mathematics and nothing else , there are 11 states that have a population that is bigger than belgium .

What has happened is a wake up call , you have 2 guys who are 'next level' riders... RV and Tomac... we have 3 , Cairoli, Roczen & Herlings, after that , our riders are stronger , and faster... watching Nicoletti getting beaten by Tim Gajser, in the B final , when he is a top 10 AMA guy , and Gasjer isnt even in GP's yet says where the strength in depth is....... Barcia got chased down by Shaun Simpson , factory honda against a guy on a private yamaha , who didnt have a ride halfway through the year.

Thats where we are at...

Dungey and Bubba are both next level guy... In fact the reason the riders ride the way they do is because of Bubba!! This was a one race event held a race at a euro track, Whats the Americans record on American tracks oh yea its UNDEFEATED!! Did you see what happened when Clement and Kevin in the States...... At glen helan in 2015 if we make Rico are real B team the worst they would do is 2nd to the US and you can stamp that!!

FYI Herlings is not on AC's level no one in Europe is.....

Of course we could go by population count - in which case it's pretty similar and the results look like this (using just 3 riders to score points).

Fairly pointless of course as USA only sent 3 (6) riders but on each occasion the top 3 EU riders out scored the top 3 US riders.

wow... ;oads of BS and a 'Stamp it' thrown in for good measure...

Desalle and Stribos rode in a gap in their schedule, in the middle of a GP season , a track at altitude, and Stribos qualified fastest i think ... you guys wont even ride their home GP , save for Alessi..

The track was as non-euro as it comes, your guys even said so, 'looks like a US kind of track' .. and i watched Herlings pull from dead last to push Cairoli for the win last year, and watched him beat RV on a 350 stuck in 3rd gear ... when he was 17 years old. He is at that level.

Umm AC's bike was stuck in thrid at the USGP in 2010, never heard about Hearlings I need proof...... and Roczen races here now and was beat by Blake,Eli and Justin on a regular basis so that must mean those guys are next level as well so now its 6 to 2 next level guys. Now throw in Bubba and Trey oh and Davi and we have 8 next level guys to 3 Ill throw Clement in there so umm yea keep trying though.

USA-RV,RD,JS,JB,TC,DM,ET,BB and by the end of next year will be adding more.......
Italy - AC
Belgium - Desalle
Holland - Herlings
England - Umm No One

England's Tommy Searle easily beat both your guys in his two moto and Shaun Simpson was down longer in first corner crash in race 3 yet came through to almost chase down barcia and was setting fast lap times than him in the final laps.

The 2004,06,08,09,10 and 11 MX2 World Champs have all raced here and none of them have won a title.......
That should say it all
Not to mention that Serale never won a race and not even a Moto in the US.

To finish first..............first you have to finish! Eli was riding over his head to pass Roczen and it was eventually his undoing!
Kid was impressive in the second moto fight with Roczen but again came up short!

How old is Roczen?
You are a troll. You don't even have heard about Cairoli and his mechanical problems during your US-GP?That's a shame!
I am happy that euros are not bashing US riders when they are loosing but there are a few idiots of americans who are bashing their own riders.Poor idiots

Tomac was the only rider who looked special , the other two just didnt have that speed, .... and Stribos didnt even get in the Belgian team .

Searle saw Dungey off easily , as did Paulin , Searle hasnt been that impressive in GP's this year either , although the speed has been there.. Barcia wasnt as fast as Simpson in race 3.

Millsaps is a huge talent , i would have loved to see him fit and come across, im a big fan , and a fit Davi would have been a good choice instead of Barcia

Yeah we saw that earlier this year at Thunder Valley.

Funny, so going by your opinion, you guys lost the MXoN against, well, nobody!!!!!! Thats gotta rank right up there........

Actually ParkBoy is usually pretty fair and unbiased.
Thats why I stopped commenting it's making me sound like I don't Europe. I still think the USA has the the deepest talent pool by quite a bit, but I am also quick to point out that we have should given the size and population of the USA, that's why I will always say Belgium is the greatest MX nation due to their lack of size and population.
