He seemed off.

However, this race... People handle it differently.

How about Kroc? He steps it up huge at this race. Will be known as one of the best EVER at this race. 4 wins in a row!!!! And he has many years ahead of him.

Dungey sure did worse than I thought, but he'll rebound for many great rides

How many of you guys actually watch enough gp's to say that he was off though? I think people forget that while the U.S. guys are racing supercross the euro guys are doing outdoor stuff. Year around. Paulin, Searle, and the rest of the guys in front of Dungey were flying. It's that simple.

Cairolli is a fkin beast BTW. Love watching that dude flow around the track.

He's the the third best rider in America, he finished just a little worse than I figured he would. Still the most consistent we had in the team today!

He passed Paulin at one stage but Paulin passed him back and gapped him.

The track was quite different from a typical American National track and it got super rutted later towards the end of the day Dungey hasn't raced in what, a month?

Something was different about Dungey. It remains to say what .
Off day? people have them.
Food poisoning? it happens.
Jet lag after the trip over? who knows.
Bike not working well? It didn't seem to me that it was working as well as normal, but who knows?

Whatever, if he'd have talked about whatever it is before the race, everyone would've been all a twitter.

And if he says something now he's making excuses.

Give him a break.

Whatever the issue was, when you fold in great rides by some of the best in the world, you get what we got.

I said it a few months back and am still saying that Dungey will not be on a KTM come A1. I don't have facts backing up my prediction but he cannot stand the bike, Kenny cannot stand the bike. I think we will see RD on RCH in January. I think that we saw Ryan basically throw his hands up and say "fuck this bike" around redbud this last summer and has basically mailed it in since then. Anyone seen any "official" PR saying he re-upped with KTM next year, cause I haven't.

Tomac's fastest lap was 1:41.?? Dungey's was 1:43.??.... Dungey and Barcia were both off.... couldn't adapt to the euro track I guess.

I didn't say the bike sucks, I said he can't stand it. I own a 300XC and love the thing. I'm not a KTM hater. Just because 1 rider does well on it doesn't mean another rider will. I don't think that RD has
ever really gotten comfortable on it. Even last year when he laid waste to everyone,
he looked very tenative on the bike. It's not a secret that Him and Kenny have really been struggling to get it dialed. It looks to me that the bike gets worse the harder they ride it. It is fine when they are cruising comfortably but when they really push it, the bike has either bitten them or made them concerned enough to cause them to back it way down. Show me a race this last summer where either one of them was able to push the bike really hard and have any success.

Tomac has been posting similar or faster lap times than the 450's in the nationals regularly

It's funny you say that, I interviewed Roger DeCoster after the race, and he did not seem happy with Dungey at all. In fact, I can't believe some of the stuff he said... You can check out the interview HERE, he says some really interesting stuff.

i really agree with this , i dont think he looks half as good as he did on the suzuki IMO . and you are so right does nt mean its a bad bike , just seem not to suit him as much , reed did terrible on a kxf , and villo was doing very good on it , can t see why some people here cant get it in there head that some bike s suit riders better than others , end of the day roczen , dungey , TC222, would win on any bike but would Dungey be better on the suzuki , i think so , but he has signed to KTM for 2 years , but imo if roger was nt there , Dungey would not be at KTM ,
