Just haven't been able to located anything like this and when I finally do its sold
Just sayin. . .
Seems like that much water would be really heavy but placing it at the center of the chassis is the best possible location. Do you notice the extra weight?
How did you cover the back glass? Did you put insulation right against the windows or something between?
I like that it fits in the garage too. I had a truck that didnt fit in the garage and it drove me crazy parking it outside.
Nice job on the sano install.
Pit Row
Cut an opening and installed a waterproof hatch. Mounted it high as cold air falls...
Close up of the hatch
Hatch removed and you see the A/C
A view from inside... A/C top left, Microwave below...cabinets right of A/C...cabinets below the counter and room for the TV on the right side... I didn't want the A/C hanging outside and I didn't want to spend $600+ for a roof mounted A/C. This one is 5050 BTU, costs $95 at Wal-Mart and runs on a Yamaha 2000 generator with no problem.
I'm told it won't work right mounted like this, but that's why the hatch is removed for the exhaust hot air. Need some expert A/C guys on what else I may need to do...
Thanks!
Also, as mentioned above, you need a drain for the condensate that will build up.
