Any word if Stewart will be at the last round?,if not would there be a chance of weick riding the factory bike at the last round? I think its a win win for suzuki and peick.

Unless there's some sort of 2014 support tied to the deal, I would stick to my privateer ride if I were Peick.

I'm thinkin' Weston would be happy if he could borrow their Ignition and the harness & "disk" that goes with it.

I'm expecting Weston to be the Best Suzuki again...tho...Broc, too, is lookin' a lot better. Is anyone aware of how hard he hit his head on Saturday morning? (Broc) In the 2nd moto his electrical system had problems.

Suzuki should just kick JS7 to the curb as he is washed up. Bring back Metty and bring in Peick as the second rider in 2014.

Do you realize that you just called the man that won a 450 National overall just a few weeks ago "washed up" what is wrong with you?

if JS7 doesn't ride this weekend I agree that Suzuki should give some kind of support to Peik as he is their top finisher on their brand last weekend.

Mike Webb has said he wants a second rider for 2014 but didn't know if he could fit it in the budget. I'm sure he's seeking out more sponsor $$$ so he can secure a #2 beside James. Well there you go Mr. Webb, sign Weston Peick next year for a good price that won't break the bank and get a rider that will leave it all out on the track every weekend.

James has had a pretty full season. He's attempted every race. A lot of riders dropped out of Utah.

It would be good to see Weston get a ride, but I'm not sure how much support is coming from Suzuki. I hope Suzuki makes it happen though. Everyone wants to see him get it.

Except for James. He did great on the RC/REED/DUNGEY setup. The more time he spent on the bike, the worse he made it. Right?

No kidding. . . they take enough of a beating with the 150lb guys. . . Add another 50lbs to that and that bike is getting the beating of a lifetime.

And I disagree with Regis. . . I think it would lead to better results for Peick. Watch his bike from last weekend. . . it looked terribly ridgid. I don't think a factory supported bike would be that harsh with a couple of days testing. . .

Factory equipment does make a difference. Plus I think Peick is hungry and willing to work hard for a win. He needs a ride.

I seem to remember reading on here that JS7 was going to drop out of the SX series after a few races, once he fulfilled his contractual obligations with Red Bull and Suzuki.
I think I also read on here that JS7 was not going to race the outdoors

Just because he won in MN does not mean a thing. Look at the facts of that race. RV went down in each moto. RD had problems in moto 1. He was handed that that win. And if the AMA point structure was different TC would have won the overall with a 2-2 moto score.

So far this season JS has DNF 5 of 22 motos on top of that he has 3 motos outside of the top 10.

RV no DNF's and no rides out of the top 10
RD 1 DNF and no rides out of the top 10
JB51 no DNF and 2 finishes out of the top 10
TC41 4 DNF's and 1 finish out of the top 10

IF JS does not race this weekend he will have scored 0 points in nearly 33% of all of the outdoor motos. Suzuki signed JS to get wins and podium finishes week in and week out. They are not getting there money worth out of him. When things don't go his way what does he do?? He pulls off the track Factory riders should have a warrior mentality to fight to the end not pull off the track and hide in a his RV under the comfort of A/C.

Looking at points scored vs motos raced.

Peick paying his own way raced 8 motos and scored 88 points ave 11 points per moto.

JS 22 motos with 289 points with an ave of 13.13 pts per moto.

Suzuki can hire Peick for $100,000 a year with a bonus structure to pay him purse money for finishes 10-15 double purse bonus for 5-9th place triple $ for 2-4th place and $100,000 for a win, and get more than there money worth out of him.

I just got done reading 450 words on racerx and I literally started smiling while reading it. Great job Weston and keep it up, regardless of what team (or lack thereof) you end up on. Definitely a feel good story.

Weston! Weston! Weston! - He has steady improved over the last 3 years or so, that is for sure. Wasn't his first good finish at Glen Helen one year, people started talking then, mostly how Weston was too big and a flash in the pan at his local track type of thing.

He should get some excellent TV time for this last national. His tale is a great one. Desire and hardwork. American dream and all that!

JS7 washed up...that is hilarious......he may not be the fastest guy out there...but he easily runs top 3 and has run up front...but he is washed up.....
