Similar thing happened to me but I was able to get ahold of them and they said they mistakenly did not get them printed from being so busy. They apologized and sent them next day...the graphics were awesome...

That being said either they are too busy or just in over their head...regardless not acceptable to run a business this way and I hope they get their shit together because their designs are great and seem like good people.

I don't see any complaining, just a little concern.

That is a bit unusual, but I am sure you will get straightened out right away. I've dealt with them a couple times, and they have been great! Always quick responses and delivery.

It is funny is how many times people claim the package never arrived ..... only to find it had been sitting in their house for days after the wife brought the mail in....... happens all the time.

It's 2:30 California time, did they get it figured out and call you back yet? I'm curious because I've heard this exact same story from more than one person before. Very nice designs, but customer service seems to be lacking.

I agree, we ship 2500+ packages via USPS annually. The post office has lost ZERO packages for us in over two years, they are reliable.

Good call on asking if someone in the household grabbed it, this has happened more than once to us over the last couple years.

x2 on Factory Backing, used them twice and both times been very satisfied. Also, this year I updated my bike by putting the '13 fender/number plate, they printed me up just a front plate for the new style, didn't have to buy the complete set as my side panels were still in good shape. Most places would've made you buy the whole set

Just so you guys can hear our side. I did provide him a screenshot of the tracking via text message as soon as he told me he hadn't seen the package. The tracking showed it had been delivered and he said he never got it. I looked into it, called fedex. Fedex needed to contact him and they did. Afterwhich i never heard back from fedex, but i took christians word for it obviously and sent out another set free of charge. It sucks for sure that fedex miss placed his package but that was out of my hands and i feel i did everything right on my end. When people call they get me(the owner) on my personal cell phone. Thats the only number we have now, i will text anyone anytime even after hours as i am usually up well past midnight working. I dont know many places you can do that. Thanks for ordering christian, we really appreciate it and i appologize your order had some hangups.

The tracking said signature not required. I dont know for sure, but I think if it is under a certain weight they will leave without a signature.
