Nope. RJ ran them at many of the sx rounds in 86.

That guy has been on here before, and yes...it is a work of art!!!! Damn, almost 80,000 views in this thread, it would be nice to think the manufactures would take note of activity like this, most likely not but sure is nice to see so much interest in two strokes still.Smile

I think the OEMs are more interested in sales figures than vital thread views.

Just noticed this two-stroke craziness.

Sweet thread.

Wayyyy to much here to look through at this point, but I'm sure it's all awesome.

Here's me on my '06 144. Had to add the "1's" for this race, but hey, it's not possible to make this bike uncool. Cool

True. But the sales figures are not there anymore with the four strkes. There selling half as many bikes, at 9500 a whack in a down economy people can't afford it. They need to do something or the once great sport will fizzle away until it is only a shadow of it's former self. Then again, a debate like this could go on for days. Wink

Where are you guys coming up with this $9500 number?? If I walk out a dealer paying more than $8,000 OTD for a new 450 I'm doing something horribly wrong and deserve to be robbed. The only exception I'd see to that rule is the KTM Dungey SE.
