While I'm not a fan of RV, he definitely doesn't deserve points to be docked after the AMA already ruled. If anything the rules need to be clarified so grey areas like what happened on Saturday don't exist in the future.

I think its a very good topic.

What would it solve.

CHEATING!

Just follow the AMA rules for passing on red cross flag. One, call the rider a punk for doing such a bitch-ass move and then impose a dock of one finish position up to a DQ according to rulebook.

After this, the 4th incident, if I were the other riders, I would never follow another race rule.

I agree, and Davi only needs to respond in this fashion

Run off the track at some point. Race down the side of a big rhythm section flat out, while a downed rider is being attended to with yellow, red and Medics flags being waved, come back on track just before the last medic flag, T bone Villopoto taking him out and go on to the race win on his Rockstar machine with no penalty.

Think that should about do it.

No. The guy is totally focused on what he is doing. If the system is gray and it is, how can anyone question his ride. He was the fastest SX rider this week.

How do you figure it was cheating? He made a mistake, he admitted it, the AMA saw it and took action. The action taken is what this discussion is about, nothing more.
