Zach Bell's 2012 National Outdoor National and 2013 Supercross debut performance have one thing in common... he crashed out both.
Unfortunately Zach he has shown that he doesnt have the maturity to compete in the Big Leagues. How much POTENTIAL danger (to hos fellow competitors) is Zach creating?
Should Zach be monitored and/or be put on some type of proactive performance probation? the idea would be put in place proactive measure in place to; a) protect him self (from him self) and b) protect other riders from the substantial hazard that this kid is creating.
This is my own opinion and I understand that you may disagree with me and that's OK.
Do the the sanction bodies and event producers have a responsibility to proactively address these types of potential liabilities?
I'm by no means suggesting that we "throw out the baby with the bath water".

The AMA cannot competently administer a fuel test, what gives you the idea that they will be able to fairly manage an elaborate scheme like you suggest?

I'd be ok with that if they had a probation for stupid Vitard posters!.....actually not even then.
It is way overdue.
They should have done it with Guy Cooper, Ezra Lusk, Ricky Carmicheal, and perhaps the most "immature" rider to ever try to make it to the big leagues, James Stewart.
All had reputations as riding over their heads and/or putting other riders at risk.
What would ou suggest, a "no Crashing" rule?
Seriously????
