no zippers, composed, nailing his points and really adding something to the broadcast.
everything about tonight broadcast is on point, camera angles, especially the far zoom shots of racing. announcing, trackside announcing. even the nights race schedule is playing out well!

Him and Emig sure do have different views and i find i really disagree with RC and agree with Emig a lot of the time - his comments about 94 for example are getting very old, are pretty shitty and sometimes he comes off as a right dick - GOAT or not, the last time i looked 2nd place to Tomac isn't completely terrible - but hey I suppose compare to how RCH racing is performing it must be lol
It's only Ken's 2nd "full" season indoors and last year he won a race and was of course runner up in the championship..... in other words - he's doing pretty good. Even Jeff said that Ricky was being too harsh. Other than that, fine.
He did it with some other riders too, can't remember the names but I was like, wow man give em a break please - even Emig piped up about it. It's good having 3 guys in the booth and 2 of them being ex racers as we get even commentary but he does need to lighten up.
Seems Baggett has a tougher time in sx than Roczen.
From the outside looking in, I'll bet RC is tough on his team riders too. Maybe he's the new Mitch Payton.

Of course he wants to win and I as a fan wouldn't want to see him finish 2nd or 3rd forever either. But you have to say fair play to Eli Tomac, he's a damn good rider and extremely tough to beat right now. We're talking about an elite in Supercross, a likely future champion in the premiere (450) division - it's not like Ken's getting beat by some nobody. A 10 second gap isn't desirable but it's a fraction of a second (sometimes a little more or less) every lap to one of the best SX riders in the world.

I'm totally cool with the broadcast personalities so far.
On another note, RC should be a little harder on himself when it comes to that queer eye for the moto guy jacket.
I also dig that RC voiced some frustration around Ken's "lack of performance", which is something they are supposed to voice in combo with adequate props, only missing is that maybe RC usually don't do it, and the focus on Ken maybe became a bit too obvious? As mentioned Bagget's went totally under the critique "radar".
Either way, I think they stepped up tremendously. Not all people will be satisfied of course, but for me it was a step in the right direction.
