This may have already been posted, but will this be available in the US? Maybe spring?

UFO is great about making updated plastic for popular bikes. I have their replacement fenders on my son's KX85. They actually look like they were designed in the 20th century instead of 1988.

Funny how the Australians can see the forest even with all those damn trees in the way. A little fresh look on a already great bike will no doubt be great for sales. Meanwhile, here in America....

I think that kit looks a lot worse.

Change for change's sake is rarely better.

Man I wish they would update the entire bike. YZ125 included.

The plastics are cool but it does nothing to make the bike itself better.

What Seth505 said...

They are swapping out the plastic prior to releasing the bike to the dealers is what I have heard...

Looks good!

Does anyone know if those OEM style graphics are available anywhere? I'm on the fence in regards to the new style plastic, but the stock graphics make it look better than any of the other stuff available I've seen.

I like it. I have a 09 and might just get the kit to give it a freshening up if I can get some graphics I like for it. Moto Mofo I agree on the stocker looking graphics, they look nice. Yamaha should make this change and maybe put a little R & D money into these bikes. I think they would be pleasantly suprised at the sales results if they made the commitment.

Most OEM's have a part number for the stock graphics, so you can order through any shop.

What's wrong about the bike?

Yamaha hasnt updated it in how long? KTM is still updating their two stroke line. I think they would sell a lot more bikes if there were updates other then BNG and some plastics. IMO

Still one of the best all around bikes to have and they are bullet proof. But improvements can always be made. If you arent going forward....
