you never really do until anaheim 1 comes and goes. i remember a rider signing up as late as the same day of the race for like star/vali yam one year. it could of been another team, but i think it was sean collier too... idk

Honestly, we've already seen the perfect SX season, so regardless of what happens in SX, I want Villopoto, Dungey, Reed, Stewart, Canard, and Barcia to be lining up 100% healthy for the MX series. Anything that happens in SX this year, for me, is a bonus. It's a shame we haven't gotten to see Stewart and Villopoto competing on the 450 outdoors, and it's crazy to think that Reed and Stewart, this era's biggest rivalry, haven't raced since 07.
