I think he's got more than Barcia but that's me.
Trey hasn't raced at the top guys' pace essentially since April 2011, and meanwhile these guys have gotten faster. It certainly looks like the odds are against him scoring a win this season, but with any luck he'll get a lot of racing under his belt and a handful of podiums and go outdoors feeling like a contender.
We all want to see him do well, Husqerdo of course being the only exception.
gotta be kidding me.
U drunk, Bro?
When you're a tippy-top guy, which Trey is, winning races and championships is your goal by default. I'm not sure what else you could be talking about.
The Canard reign starts at A1. just sayin.
From what I can see you want him to not race for the win, just finish each race and stay injury free.
Now pull your head in, what factory is going to want their rider to just get points and stay injury free? They are paying thair riders big bucks to get results i.e. win championships, there is ALWAYS a risk of them getting injured because of the speed of these guys these days.
TC has had some injuries, we all know that...but it is not in his DNA to just ride around staying taking less risks to stay injury free, that is his call. As soon as you do that you wont be winning a championship.
Why dont you write to Trey telling him not to race at 110%, I am sure he will tell you to knob off (in a nice way of course).
Why dont you write to Honda and all his sponsors and say ...hey guys, please tell Trey not to ride at 110% because I dont want him to get hurt again ...I ma sure they will tell you to knob off as well
By the way, his last major accident was pure and simple bad luck, not because he was riding over his head ...pure and simple bad luck. When was the last time you saw that sort of accident??
Pit Row
When he first injured himself in 2011 he was testing for the coming outdoor season. At that point, why would goals of race wins and a title be unrealistic?
When he finally entered the series at Millville six rounds in or whatever, I'm positive he had no intention of winning the championship. Probably not that second moto at Washougal either, since he got left in moto1. Nope, no unrealistic goals there. Just got a little too revved up is all.
This year he was willing to skip A1 to make sure he was ready. Probably no championship goals there. In L.A. he qualified 9th, behind Millsaps, Brayton, Weimer and Tedesco, and finished 3rd in his heat race, posting a lap a full .5 seconds off Dungey's best, who was himself a second off Villopoto. Looks like he was keeping it within his limits to me.
In closing, I'm pretty sure you have no fucking idea what you're talking about.
Tippy-top, as it was used above, means a dude or bro who can win on any given night. Mind-bending, I know.
