AC92

Edited Date/Time 10/29/2012 12:02pm
I couldn't find any threads about this so had to ask:

Now that BB4 is out with a broken wrist, which presumably puts him out or at least at a disadvantage from racing west coast, and Durham out till possibly the nationals, what are the chances we see AC92 at Anaheim? I know I know, he just moved up and you're supposed to do 2 years at least in the AMs, but everyone could see he's got some serious speed already.

If all was well in the Monster PC rig I wouldn't even think about it but it really seems like he could step into a zero pressure situation and possibly help out his sponsor earlier than anyone thought. Otherwise they pretty much have 1 long shot at any wins, much less titles with how stacked the Geico team is.

A wrist takes between 4-6 weeks to heal, i just did mine.
So my guess is BB4 will be at A1.

He just got off the supermini. I would not want to throw him into a pack of wolves on such short notice and without training on the big bike longer. There is no need to rush him. There are better choices for a replacement rider.

No chance.

yeah I know but that means he's back on the bike mid december at the earliest. Could put him at a disadvantage against stiff competition.

He is faster than BB indoors. Wait until the East Coast to find out!

PC still have Justin Hill and Martin Davalos. Veteran and a rookie on West coast seems like a good plan. Then unleash the two big guns on the east, and imo Bagget wins Daytona, so having that on his coast gives him a much better chance of a title.

Just my thoughts.

It might be a gamble putting him up,getting beaten every week could ruin him, having said that I don't think he's going to learn a great deal in the Amateurs winning like he is,not as much as him going in at A1

Roczen went in at 16 at the deep end with much less SX experience, and had to travel across and back,to do it,AC92 has everything right there, from his big rig and mechanics and industry people,to his family and friends,it may well be easier competition wise in 2014,its quite a big decision for all those involved to make but I doubt very much that he'd go,maybe he will do a round or two though

All this A1 and hangtown talk seems a little premature. After all isn't AC only a B class rider? I mean isn't he running B next year at LL and the other am nationals? Surely no B rider has that type of speed. I see B class riders every weekend so he has to be equal to there speed, right.
