But it's a WHOLE different form of racing. Not just soil, that's my point.

don't they fly on over and run with Villopoto, Stewart, Reed, Dungey, Canard and Barcia at A1,

Hell, they can easily come over and win themselves a million bucks at the Monster Energy Cup, they should have all of those guys covered...........right? They are the best riders in the world you say.............? I mean, apparently Antony-oo has Dungey covered, and Jiffery is just the fastest thing ever to ride a motorcicle...........label me confused but i just don't understand why they don't come over here and clean up and make the big bucks............

What do you guys think?
What I think have been said is that Herlings and AC are better in THAT sand.. And they are. That does not necessary mean that they are better alround riders, and it sure doesn't mean they are better at SX. Some euros might say that shit, but I guess that is just too bust your US balls..

And Herlings is riding the Monster cup I think. Does he win? Hell no.. But tommorrow he IS the man to beat IMO.

Now if cairoli would have come over for the nationals, THIS year he could have been the champ. But with poto and reed healty, NO way.

And last..Lets just enjoy the racing tommorrow.. I dont give a shit who wins(No(r)way got zero chance), but I do want some good racing.

I got your point, and it is easier for team usa to ride sand, than have the gp guys ride sx.. I get it. But it is still a disadvantage.

And that's what the GP fans have said all along, for years. US wil have a harder time in the sand. And most US fans said that was bullshit because they had sand aswell.

But the race has to start first, let's wait and see what happens. Wink

yeah dude, hope Sweden does well.... Or are you a Herlings supporter? And as I've stated numerous times, there are no excuses, were going to win. Thanks for your brilliant comment which was already stated word for word by other people before you.

All this Euro is worse than US talk is such BS. Look at Ryan Dungey, didnt even lap faster as de Reuver today. Does this mean the Reuver is a better rider? Hell no. Same for Bagget, he was on the same pace as Coldenhoff, who is just an "average GP MX2 rider (which supposedly lacks talent). Now about the nationals. Ken Roczen craptalk allover, he's the world champion but cant win in the nationals. (but he won SX races)

Above statements are all subjective. Point is that you cannot compare the 2 series just as that. Both have good riders, and both are different from eachother. Putting people on new tracks with new racers in different conditions means they need time to adapt.

Anyway. US got great riders, most european countries dont have 3 riders who can all finish 1st in a moto. But still theres alot of good riders on this side of the ocean, and may they all have a great race tomorrow.

Best of luck to everybody, both for the individual results (even if they dont count for the overall teamvictory i can assure you they count for the riders), as for the teams alltogether.

The thing is the AMA series is full of tracks that are simular. No hard pack anymore, they are all raked to the same depth with simular jumps.
Southwick isn't really sand as we know in Europe because you don't have weather that creates nightmares.

Lierop is on another level, ask Mike Brown.

My point is...AMA MX is getting to processed. Get another Carlsbad and another Unadilla in their natural state.

I was just fishing bud. Don't have to tell me that they're the men to beat, AC and Herlings are bad dudes and they're amazingly fast in the sand, so fun to watch.

It's been a solid couple of weeks with European fishing threads, i decided to join the tournament and get the fish to bite, and it turned out wonderfully. Smile

Best of the best from each country that can compete at the highest level barring injured riders is the mxDn.They are ALL pros.Terrain is terrain be it SX/MX no matter where. You guys are hilarious! But I do enjoy the scrapping on here just as much as the race.

You go girl. Keep on being a brave internet hero.

I never said Herlings is better than any specific rider. He's just an admirable straight up rider, who put up some very good performances, eventho he's only just turned 18yrs of age. Your trashtalk is just plain pathetic. But hey, whatever floats your boat man!

He is just getting across that everyone has been sucking off JH and AC as of late, and if they are as good as you say they are they should come over here and take some American tender back over the pond. Why is he dumb for making a point?

Americans don't think they are so good. Just a few retarded individuals trying to make the whole country look like the idiots they are. This whole "Americans think they are the best" thing is so stupid.

Cairoli has been over to USA and rode, and he didnt stay to do the nationals because he said the tracks were all so fast, and felt that after all the technical GP tracks (which makes for more precise riding) he has rode he didnt want to have to ride such fast tracks. also went onto saying that there have been a few GP guys that have gone over and done just as well, such as pourcel and townley, and he thought that the American riders should come over to europe to ride out of there comfort levels.

I want our team to win of course, but first and foremost I love motocross, and I think it was amazing watching Cairoli, and Herlings ride today. If they win their motos tomorrow hats off to them. Barcia looked pretty good too before his dirt(sand) sample. Just needs to reign it in a little.

I must say, even if it was short lived it was cool to see someone have some fight for Herlings in the sand. He usually gaps everyone he passes within 2 corners!

In any profession, money is a huge part of it. Motocross isn't any different in that respect.

If you are just racing locally for fun, that's a different story.
