Most spectator friendly pro track ever! Seeing the professional riders on this track is an amazing experience. I've rode it myself, and man, I could NOT get comfortable there. I will definitely book a flight for this!

I was at the USGP in 2011 and they were annoucing over the loud speakers all weekend that they would be holding it there this year, then within months Glen Helen was off the schedule. I won't believe it until I'm sitting in my campsite drinking beer, but if this goes down I WILL BE THERE!

Seems Glen Helen was not improved enough to hold an AMA National, but now it is a track worthy of the MX des Nations, arguably the biggest race of the year? (scratching my head on this one)

Yeah just a little off, though hoping I can improve my counting skills quickly so I can work out how many years away that is and how much it is going to set me back to get there Smile

Hopefully Germany next year and the United states in 2015, might finally get out of Australia!

Sorry Kongols, might have to skip Latvia Sad , will be pushing it just to find a way to get to Germany next year!

Disappointing. So many other great places in the world to hold this event yet they revisit the same country every couple of years. how boring.

It seems Luongo will finally get the turn out he had hoped for, for the GP's. Huh

This will be a can't miss event at an epic venue!

Seriously. It was in Europe for 40 straight years, then another 20 until Budds Creek. And even when it was at Budds Creek, it was a 5-hour flight from SoCal (7 if you count in the layover). In Europe, it's a 2-3 hour flight for the bulk of the fans to get to a des Nations race when it's on your soil. I don't think you have much to whine about, but that doesn't seem to stop you.

Lighten up a little: Read P.J. O'Rourke's "Holiday's in Hell."

Ontario Airport is the closest 15 miles
John Wayne is in the OC around an hour.
LAX is a tad over an hour but would have the most and cheapest flights in.

Might be hard to find a open hotel in San Bernardino, but heading back toward Ontario there are many rooms by the Airport.

I had a blast the first go around with the USGP. I will be at this event for sure. A international event at Glenn Helen is a real fans race.

My first post and I am going off topic..... but for a very good reason.

This news is the best thing that has come out of the Youthstream media office for years. I sincerely hope this is the start of the re-building of the USGP, as a hardcore mx fan the USGP is thee most prestigious race next to the MXoN.

But for it to be like it was, it needs you guy's to support it.

Calling all US MX fans, please give the world the USGP packed with your best racers, hungry to show the world who is best.
