OK I screwed up not being as exact and detailed of what I was curious about in another thread.................
so, based on the last couple years of what is happening, in MX and SX, will you and/or your moto buddies put KTM in the running as a bike to buy along with the Japanese big 4??
Obviously KTM and Penton has been around and an option for a long time, but until very recently, nowhere near the success of J bikes in MX..........
so does the recent successes and changes in their program change your purchasing decision???

Never felt comfortable on anything else.
See folks fiddling with the KTMs way too much. Silly 11mm and 13mm nuts, too - that's nuts.
The Shop
Luxon 4-Post Bar Mounts
$189.95 - $239.95
Free shipping: VITALMX
I Would by a KTM because they are awesome bikes, handel well, premium components, etc.. Local shop support might be a problem but you could always go online. It's just nice to have a local shop though.
Someone tell the moron above 11mm & 13 mm sockets are included in socket sets these days.
Thing is.....even if I really dig the thing....I can't justify spending $10,000 on a bike. I actually wait for last years models to come down to about $6000.00 before I pick one up. Maybe kaw next year for me.
Still kicking myself in the ass for traiding my 2010 for a 08 RMZ and stupid amounts of cash
Can't believe it took me this long... I LOVE this 150. Most fun bike I've ever ridden.
If any of the rest of the manufacturers wanted to do this, it would be twice the bike the KTM is...
Don't hate, just keepin it real...
So, I guess, the answer is "NO"
Pit Row
Also the way you've written it implies that the Japanese factory bikes are stock...
Awesome bikes as far as I'm concerned, great build quality and (at least for for me) reliability.
With that said, there are some traits that are inherent to the nature of the motorcycle and therefore a factor in the factory bike.
Post a reply to: Will you consider buying a KTM to race MX/SX??
