If "IF that is" the Suzuki makes him 2 seconds faster a lap.... where would that put him lap time next to Villo ?

well if J-Law was riding at Dade..... what if they formed a Suzuki team? James has enough money from Red Bull and Nike that he could do whatever he wanted. i would like him to form his own team kinda like Chad did(not that his team would even compare to how good chad's team is)...so that he cant have any more excuses.
Red Bull is not happy with James either; you heard it here first.

James racing half a sx season and no outdoors last year, all the sudden he is going to jump on a new bike and put it to Poto? NFW.

until i see Villopoto sweep an entire series without contest, i refuse to put him in the same category as guys like MC,GOAT,and Bubba.

yes RV2 won the championship last year, but do you really think if Dungey didnt have mechanical issues and CR22 didnt go skydiving during a moto that he would have still won the championship? even this season i think CR22 had RV2's number #1 plate until he was injured. yes RV2 is good, but he isnt dominating the rest of the podium contenders all season

^^^^^^^^^^^ This would have to be the most accurate comment in this whole thread. Great way to start and welcome. Whether the bike is shit or not, (it's doing just fine in the Australian MX nats right now and for the last 3 years), he has lost the self believe and conditioning that saw him become TFMOTP. He has quite a way to come back and it wont happen this year. Whatever bike. Anyone can ride over their head to go faster. No one can sustain that though. And I just don't see him coming to the top without Aldon. Or an eqivalent if there is! He's def not as head strong as Reed so it wont happen unless he finds a magician. And a team who is willing to take the gamble and put in the work.
Saying that Sukuki needs some presence and may be willing to provide assistance like Honda to 22. And Akropovic loves James too. Then he needs team engineers and members. Just saying.

BTW... i'm betting a 24 win season by RV1. He's at the top of his game, the bike is the best and everyone else has got some problem.

Millsaps has the most holeshots this year according to MX Action. He's on Pirelli.

He's got to be made of rubber. I hope he figures it out before he gets seriously hurt. The Yamahammer definitely isn't werkin for him.

IMO he has the whoops..not the dirt hump kind. Like in golf. Where a guy can do 10 beautiful practice swings and they spaz out on the real one like they got struck by lightening...that blue turd is in his head.

if James wins on the suzuki, then it makes yamaha look really bad. if he continues crashing as often as he has been and doesn't turn his career around like some here think he will, then it looks really bad for him.

i suppose we will see what happens when it happens

good point sir. was jgr on them last year also? i truly dont know. i ask, because that would mean it is Milsaps second year on the tire in that case. my simple point was just that Stewarts entire career on dunlop or bridgestone and changing to a tire he is not as dialed into, may be some small percentage of his lost mojo with his starts. not hating, just curious.

either way, the point i was trying to point out is that he needs to concentrate more on riding and not all the other bullshit that goes on in life.

like how alot of riders cant handle staying in So Cal anymore cause they get sidetracked because there is soooo much going on here daily. Florida can be pretty distracting too....have you seen the level of some of the women there? Cali and Florida are defenatly competing for hottest beaches...
So, is the problem that Stewart is getting too much, or not getting enough? Because I'm sure we can crank a ten pager out of that.

not sure what your getting at? right now they are always a few tenths off eachother. even coming through the pack, james is capable of setting a time that resembles RVs time.

Not only that but almost a completely different bike. You change that much at one time would be tough for anyone to adjust to.

You do understand they aren't riding the same bike together? So by your logic I should easily be able to qualify for an SX on any bike I ride. Like an XR250...cause the bike doesn't matter. It's all the rider...

Great now the gossip girl wants to giver her two cents on Villopoto.. Why is this about RV?

"until i see Villopoto sweep an entire series without contest, i refuse to put him in the same category as guys like MC,GOAT,and Bubba."

**************Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Yeah, like a multi-time champ has to prove shit to some Cali flat biller with attitude, Why don't you start adding up some of RV's championships with james? Seriously do it, and, then come back and post something decent. Next time start a thread on fender cutting bra, racing doesn't seem like your thing.
