I agree....Brayton has done nothing but get stronger as the year has gone on. Fair warning :.....there will be guys who will post in this thread today and slam him anyways....it's the way this site works. They will say " he's only finishing this good.....because a lot of the top guys are out".

I say : He is strong enough to make it through the whole season.....and that's what counts in the end. Good job Brayton!

I love Brayton. He sems like a down to earth country boy that obviously has worked his ass off to accomplish his goals in life.. Only complaint is he needs to untuck his god damn ears outta of his ball cap!! He isn't s flat billing bro from cally so please please wear a hat how its intended to be worn with ears out @ the bill bent.. I don't no who started the trend of tucking the ears but its the gayest trend I've ever seen!! Regardless if he continues the tuck em in I'm still a huge fan.. I can't wait to see him throw down outdoors!! Cool

I agree and actually it looks like he has gotten faster. Top qualifying time last night, and he looked great in the race.

What makes you guys think anyone will bag on him? What is with the love hate shit in this place?

What's wrong with enjoying the races? I like Brayton, hard worker and a hell of a move to keep racing injured. Congrats on his last few races

is brayton getting better or are there just less riders on the track that are faster than him?

seriously tho, he does look good out there.

It's hard to say for sure but his lap times weren't that far off of RV's and he was only 9 seconds back at the finish. Is that a matter of RV just doing what he needs to do? Impossible to really know but I thought Brayton looked better that he has, at least from my view from the couch.

Yes yes peelout any one that continues to race injured is a bad ass mofo!! Factory Honda is most childrens dream ride growing up.. Brayton is living the dream @ showing he's worthy of staying in that rig.. I pray he stays heathly and cements himself up front, he's a good guy that's commited.. Brayton could've threw the tow in @ healed but he has something you can't teach @ thats PRIDE... Keep on keeping on Mr. Brayton!!

Was anyone paying attention when he was making a run at RV last-nite...and staying SOLID in the Whoops that were giving everyone fits?

I can only imagine that he'll only get better with time (Healing and training).

As to his deal with Honda?

I think he looks solid based on is ability to retain sponsors and his continuous improvement.

Me, & I hope I'm wrong. He has definitely paid his dues, and I hope he does continue to ride well.

But having said that, I think it will be hard for Honda to keep him if they are looking to keep Trey and add Barcia. But a curveball to that scenario would be the rumored Barcia to TwoTwo. IDK, time will tell I guess.

brayton has steadily gotten faster every year. Not huge leaps in speed, just a step here, a step there. Sad part is though, and dont hate because I have been a JB10 fan before he was JB10... unless honda runs 3 (Trey and BamBam), I dont see him having that ride. HOWEVER... the MC/Supercross team, or a dream ride with Team22? That I can EASILY see. As long as he stays red imo, hes going to get up there.

He's getting better, he was/is riding injured and is giving it 100%, he didn't choose to sit out races, he fought the pain and is getting podiums now.

Would really like to see JB10 get some wins this year.

C'mon Peel.......isn't that what usually happens? You get a thread started to praise a guy....then 5 knuckleheads join in and start bashing are calling you a luvvah. It didn't happen in this thread which amazes me. Fuckin' Brayton rocks!

I said it, too, and I'll be happy to say I'm wrong if they keep him.

Brayton is doing great.
I can't wait to see him outdoors on that bike.
I think we are seeing the Brayton we would of saw at the beginning of the year had he not hurt his leg so bad and props to him riding through it and being Honda's guy out there every weekend.
Reed said there was days where he couldn't even touch Brayton on the practice track before the season, so lets hope we can get some excitment these last 5 rounds.

KEEP @ IT JB10 !

as per my previous posts on him, number 2 in the title hunt if JS7 continues his streak of butt ugly bad luck.

Brayton is doing well, and is someone who deserves a lot of credit for getting better. I certainly cheer for him, but let’s be honest. He would not be on the podium this much if Reed, Dungy, Canard were not out. Or riders like Grant, Hansen, etc were not out or just coming back from injury. Same could be said for Millsaps.

I also find it hard to believe he would have a factory Honda ride if the teams were not hurting for money. Remember he brings his Muscle Milk friends and their money to any team he rides for. In this economic climate that has to carry a lot of weight.

That's what racing is. Do you think the Le Mans guys sit around bench racing about who can run the single fastest lap or who would win in a sprint race? No way. Thats not always the game.

Brayton is a hardened MF'er, and as they say, the gate drops every weekend whether you're there or not. You have to be there to win. You have to be smart/consistent/precise/hard to be there. There's not a thing you can take away from him other than "yea, but if James was there...." As far as the injured go I think Osbourne is the ONLY one with an excuse. That was the bike's fault. Otherwise, its all part of the game.

Go listen to what Chad said about Justin on DMXS! he was turning faster time than him at the Honda test track in the off season, but sounded like he peaked to soon and burned himself out b4 the season started.

Post a reply to: Give Brayton some credit!!
